I went to the shop today to pick up a very large order for a school fundraiser. The team was fantastic! They had our huge order ready when we arrived and were kind enough to put the boxes into my car for me. Extra bonus, the mascot also got into the action. Thank you Pretzel Factory! We will be back!

I stop here often but stop for awhile. Went back and found that the owner was there working, nice guy but apparently not a good judge of hiring. I explained to him I am in this center 2-3 a week and how horrible the place was, he acknowledged he let poor management handle the store. It was good for a while but just there today and a few times weekend prior…. Indian guy is rude and dirty, touching money with his gloves and then pretzels. Very rude too, not even a thank you. Today at 215pm I went in and was given old hard pretzels when this other guy just took out fresh ones but kept them in the back so he could sell the old ones. Poor buisness man, shame cause the owner really wants his place to be great. Need better hiring skills. Won’t go back!

This store is selling pretzels warm but not fresh. Second time I got pretzels there and they were warm when I got 10 minutes later when I got home they were hard. I’m a retired baker I know these pretzels are not fresh at all I’m truly disappointed. Won’t get any more from there.

I am in the shopping center several times a week and I have tried numerous times to buy soft, fresh pretzels from this location because it is so convenient. Every time they are stale and dry. I keep telling myself today will be different and I keep going back. Today was the worst. I always get the strip of minis. They were hard as a rock. Couldn’t even bite into them. I came home and threw all 5 pretzels in the trash. Such a waste of money. It is such a shame. It is such a great location.

Worker insinuated that I was stealing dip. While waiting for the lady to come take my order I was perusing through the dip selection when all of a sudden from the back this African American guy starts yelling at me those are not free you have to pay for them. I can read the sign you don’t have to accuse your customers. Needless to say that’ll be the last time I go there

Dry, stale cold pretzels. Person in charge was very rude. Argumentive, agitated and unfriendly. I requested a different pretzel. He looked at me like I had 3 heads. I asked for a different one from the case thinking this was a fluke incident. He said the ones in the case were no different than the ones I was given. He screamed to one of the workers baking the pretzels to put in a mini strip. I stood off to the side as other customers were being helped. I waited and waited for him to explain what was going on. I finally asked him. He told me that I “didn’t want the one I was given, so he was making new ones.” He never apologized. I was not told that it takes 10 minutes to bake. He handed me the 4 dollars I paid. I gave him the money back. My response to him was I’ve been waiting this
long and that I’ll wait. I had
a car full of groceries which we’re getting warm. He had no response. After this episode I was given the new pretzels. No other communication was had. This man should not be in charge. Horrible customer service. And although my new
pretzels were warm they too were stale and dry. So much for running in for a quick pretzel.

It’s memorial day weekend. I came in for fifty pretzels. Instead of being kind courteous and helpful. Asking me to politely wait while they cook my pretzels. The staff reprimanded me for not calling ahead. She was angry combative and clearly upset at how busy they were. Complaining that they would get wiped out and I need to call ahead. This person clearly wasn’t the owner. The busiest weekend of the year for them and this girl is going to yell at everyone who walks through the door who wants to make an impulsive purchase. I was ready to drop $50 or more dollars. Instead I barely spent $10. Sad. Badly Trained staff. If I was the owner she would be fired on the spot. Never coming back.

When I asked the owner he even questioned me like I don’t have a DD 214 to back it up,how insulting.
Also you should order the day of pick up. I made the mistake of ordering the day before and the order of 60 pretzels for my high schoolers were breaking off in chunks and hard like they were made the night before and left out overnight.

Look the pretzels are good it’s a franchise so they all have the same recipe. This particular store but never have pretzel dogs especially on twisted Tuesday when they send out coupons for them. When they do, there is hardly pretzel dough wrapped around it and not even wrapped all the way… the last straw today were the mini’s they were smaller than my hand and super thin. Someone is really cheapin out and it’s a disgrace.

Lady at counter standing up pretzels under the lamp with bare hands. I ask for 5 then she grabs a tissue to pick them up with. Pretzels themselves seem to be at least a day old very dry not soft. Waste of money. Avoid location.
