These made-to-order pretzels were delicious, with a soft and fresh quality that really stood out. I appreciated the flexibility of the place when I requested no salt, as they happily made the pretzel fresh without it. My only wish was that they offered sea salt instead of regular salt, but the staff’s willingness to accommodate my request made up for that. Overall, a great experience with tasty pretzels and attentive service.

Business was clean. Cashier was very prompt at explaining favorite flavors and dips. I purchased the cinnamon shaker which was roughly 7 dollars. The problem is the taste: I’ve never tasted such bland, rough, and just awful pretzels in my life.

One of the most smooth Valentine’s Day events our school has done because of how organized and accommodating Miguel and the staff were. They provided our school with over 600 soft and delicious heart shaped pretzels that impressed our students and families. Reasonably priced, punctual with delivery, and comforting to work with.
