We tried the Spooky Box for the Halloween season, and it did not disappoint! The pretzels were fresh, soft, and perfectly salty — such a fun and festive treat to share. It came with three dips: cinnamon, boo buttercream, and cheddar cheese, and each one was amazing. The cinnamon was definitely my personal favorite! Perfect for football Sundays, parties, or any fall get-together. The team was friendly and everything was super fresh — can’t wait to grab another box before Halloween!

Philly Pretzel Factory in Ronkonkoma is hands down the go-to spot for the freshest, tastiest pretzels around. Everything is always warm, soft, and perfectly salted — you can really tell they keep the batches moving and fresh throughout the day.
The stuffed Philly cheesesteak balls are absolutely to die for — packed with flavor and always a huge hit whenever I bring them home or to a gathering.
On top of the great food, the service is awesome. The staff is friendly, quick, and always welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Jon the franchise owner is awesome too! Highly recommend stopping in if you’re a pretzel fan — you won’t be disappointed.

ordered a rivet box. When I got to the car, I realized the box was only half full. I went back inside and spoke with another worker, who told me they had run out of rivets — but no one mentioned that when I ordered or paid. He gave me a single pretzel after the fact, but honestly, it was disappointing. I would’ve appreciated being told upfront or offered a proper replacement. Never had an issue before.

On Saturday, August 9th, we picked up an order that was placed a few days in advance for a 3:00 pick up. We arrived at about 3:10 and the order, along with many other orders (some with pick up times before ours), were not ready. It took another 15-20 minutes for our order to be ready. The staff seemed to be a bunch of young kids who didn’t really seem to care much about their job (2 giving high fives for twisting pretzels, not greeting anyone, one looking super bored). They also were turning away walk ins. I’m not sure if it was a staffing issue or an over booking issue, but it was a really unfortunate situation. The pretzels were great, as usual, but the service was not good.

I’ve been coming to Philly pretzel factory in Ronkonkoma since they opened. I love the way the pretzels taste.
May not be the best for my health, but a treat is always nice whenever I come. The people here are friendly and helpful. If you want a special treat, come on Wednesday and you’ll meet two of the best people around.
Dina and Lisa have the energy and the positivity to just make your day. You walk out of here with some good pretzels and a smile on your face and in your heart.
