Delicious pretzels and very friendly people! I was late picking up my order and honestly wasn’t sure if it would still be there (I was almost an hr late and my eta was 10 mins before close). The girl called to make sure I was coming and wasn’t annoyed that I was coming so late. They were so understanding and even gave me a few extra pretzels! Very clean location and friendly service. Big hit at my gathering and will definitely be returning❤️

Strike 3 for this place. Be warned!
1st similar to some of the other reviews, I placed an order for this location back in October & when I went to pick it up.. was told they gave it away. It was 1 hour until close (which was the scheduled pick up time), so they threw together whatever they had left.. literally a mix of Cinnamon(which I didn’t even order) & regular nuggets and gave it to me as my tray…. It was prepaid so sadly there was nothing I could do about it.
Secondly, on NYE I came here and they refused to sell me 2 boxes of rivets (I was buying one as a gift) and instead told me I had to buy a bucket and split it myself..
& today, online their website says walk in only. I walked in with my 3 year old, only to be told that they weren’t taking any walk ins today. The girl behind the counter was so rude & nasty like as if I had done something wrong. Needless to say there were lots of toddler tears..
Terrible experience after terrible experience.. guess I should’ve learned my lesson the first time. Pretzels taste great, if you can deal with the terrible customer service.

Do not recommend. Manager is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Placed an order to be ready on 12/23 at 3 pm to ensure it would be ready for event . Upon arrival appprox an hour later , was informed by manager that Someone picked up order already and to wait 20 min for order to be prepared . Manager was on his cell phone the entire duration of waiting for my order clearly on a personal call . No apologies whatsoever . When questioning as to what happened with initial order , he became arrogant and defensive , advising it’s not his fault if a different customer picks up my order . Very disappointed in the way this business operates .

Phil’s Pretzel Factory is absolutely fantastic! The pretzels are always fresh, warm, and perfectly soft with just the right amount of crunch. The flavors are amazing, the service is friendly, and the whole place smells like heaven. If you love pretzels, this is a must-visit!

Will NEVER order again!! Placed my order for superbowl a week in advance to be delivered through doordash (which I’ve done many times before) between 4 & 4:20 PM. Pretzels NEVER ARRIVED! At 4:15 I called the store to check on order, no answer! I then called doordash & they tried contacting the store, NO ANSWER! how do you not answer your phone for a vendor that you have a contact with?? I tried calling multiple times, NO ANSWER!! at 4:45, 45 minutes AFTER my order was suppose to arrive, PHILLY PRETZELS CANCELED MY ORDER!! Stay away from ordering if you need pretzelsfor an event!!

Nice place if you’re in the mood for soft pretzel nuggets, a large pretzel or one of the other items there. There are many different sauces to pick from to dip the nuggets in: but there is no caramel! (My fav)
The cashiers who waited on me was very kind and didn’t rush me trying to figure what I wanted even though it was a few minutes to closing time. Thank you!

Excellent pretzels and excellent customer service! I’d definitely try out the pretzels with the honey mustard and brownie dip. It was delicious and at a cheap price, you really can’t beat it!

Picked up my order the tray is not full I can see the bottom. I order all the time this was the first time the tray was half empty. I said something to the young person they said it was because I ordered half hot dogs half pretzel but that’s my normal order. This tray is always a big hit at gatherings.
I know it’s a holiday & I feel bad for staff. I printed my receipt and had it most people didn’t have receipts and were picking up orders at wrong time and staff could find their orders. I guss I will not be ordering anymore on a holiday.

Yesterday I had a very bad experience at this place. The customer service was terrible, the pretzels tasted like they’d been cooked for a week—hard and awful. I will never go back to that place.
