Nice spot for a quick lunch! I stopped here on a Friday around 3pm. I went with the Classic Hoagie in the small (6 inch) size. Everything is made to order and you can watch as it’s cooked. The menu is large. I decided to dine in. Inside is clean and there is a large tv on the wall. My food was hot and fresh. The steak was cooked and seasoned good. My fries were thick, hot, and crispy. The drinks are self served. I didn’t care for the sweet tea so I changed to a root beer. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. They don’t have dine in trays but I just ate on top of the wrapping paper. Overall, nice spot that I’d return to.

3 stars for the atmosphere only because when you open the door the aroma of the cheesesteak hits you in the face and you won’t notice anything else.
Man o man onions grilled to perfection, the buns are cloud soft, fresh veggies, crisp fries and that cheesesteak . Have found this place, we’ll make the 160 mi round trip just to get here again.
PS: super friendly and helpful staff. The joint is spotless from top to bottom .
You won’t leave broke or hungry

What a gem of a little place. I’m in Baton Rouge, Louisiana visiting family from Los Angeles. What great food and great people you can tell that like to make people happy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food. That make a fantastic Philly steak sandwich, and loaded fries. Couldn’t ask for anything more..

There food is so good! I’m from Pennsylvania and I’m use to making a quick trip to Philly for my cheesesteaks. Here I had the salmon cheesesteak. I’ve stopped ordering cheesesteaks down south after years of trying them and being dissapointed but Philly Me Up’s was the best cheesesteak I’ve had since I’ve lived in GA (8 years). I can’t wait to try their other cheesesteaks.

This was my first time trying this establishment. I have had friends talk of how good it was. The day I went must have been an off day. There were lots of people there waiting for food at lunch time. The staff was nice, but they were busy. I ordered the cheese steak hoagie deal. I was not impressed. The meat had no n taste to it. I barely tasted onions on it. My bread was soaked. The fries were soggy and not crisp at all. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

I love their food but they are not efficient with taking phone orders. I called in to do a phone order; but I sat on the phone for 10 minutes while the young lady took 7 orders in store. They may need to find a way to cater to in store and phone orders. I did not place a order because they took too long and if the phone ordering was slow I can imagine the wait time in stores!

I ordered The Cajun, it was really good, the best bite was definitely getting all the steak, onions, jalapeños and chipotle mayo in one bite! Bun was soft (in a good way) fries were crispy and salted to perfection, soda machine was broke at time of visit, sweet tea was fresh, well worth the 15 minute wait during lunch rush! Highly recommend to anybody who loves a good Philly

Good Philly Cheesecake. Recommend loading with all the usual, Add Peppers. Too greasy to save any for later but sure good while it lasts. Friendly service. Don’t mistaken the vehicle inspection lane at the right of the building to be a drivethru or you will get stuck lol

Being from NY, I love a good cheesesteak. Heard about this place and it is tucked into a corner by the highway, so getting there can be fun. But it is well worth it.
All types of Cheesesteaks, and more. The bread is especially awesome, soft, just like a real one. The food is cooked fresh for you, you can even watch them cook it. The Cheesesteak was moist and I had the BBQ, which was sweet. The fries were real potatoes and cooked perfect.
This is about as close as you are going to get to a Philly Cheesesteak in Baton Rouge.
