Man, this place is awesome! I met the owner and he was so kind and friendly! I ordered a cheesesteak with onions, mushrooms, green peppers and jalapeños.
Their fries were hot and had good seasoning.
I can’t say enough great things about my experience! They’re my go to place from now on for cheesesteaks.

Wow, the best cheesesteak I’ve had in ages!
Got the 2 footer, half American white and half CheeseWiz.
Both were delicious in their own way. Bread was soft and didnt get mushy after time. Loads of meat.
Owners were polite and professional.

I’ll just say this if you want an authentic Philly steak or water ice in Georgia, this is the place. The size of the sandwiches and the authenticity as well as the choices on the menu are amazing here. The owner and staff are pleasant; our family loves this place.

Customer service to AUTHENTIC Philly cheesesteaks! Only thing I’d change is the hours they’re open! Would love to be able to get takeout on a Saturday evening. If you’re from the Philly area and looking for a real Philly, you MUST check them out! You won’t be disappointed. P.S. to the owners, you guys are too GOOD to be closed on any days and before 10pm every night especially on the weekends!! LOL I hope you continue to expand your business and hours sooner than later.

Dining room was closed, only drive thru pick up customer service was great, friendly and inviting. Placed order over the phone and was told 10 minutes. Pulled up and it was hot and ready! If your hungry you will be satisfied. We ordered the Bigalow Philly, a 2 footer loaded with meat. It could stand to have more onions, cheese and mayo. But it was great ! All in all very tasty. The nacho supreme with shrimp we ordered was also great. More food then we could eat. The Italian ice !! Excellent!! We had blueberry lemon flavour, so good! I’m sure any flavour they have would be so good. Definently will order from here again. Can’t wait to try their funnel cakes ! Great place to eat. Everyone should make their way to this establishment! You will for sure return for another delicious meal or snack!

Customer service is 100% just as important as food presentation and taste. I will always rate high for great customer service. How you speak to someone is included in this. I made the mistake of ordering a rice bowl. On the sign it was hard to read and it looked like it was rice with veggies. As I was watching them make the bowl I saw her adding meat. Not knowing if that was mine or not, I asked if meat was on there and if mine could not have any. I could tell she was not happy with that. A minute or two later she comes and rudely tells me “everything served here comes with meat and that’s how that is”. Ok. I was done at that point and was going to cancel my order. However the order was already being prepped. Mind you I still paid $19 for that tiny bowl. There was no grace given, as misunderstandings happen, no willingness to be less condescending and use more kindness. There wasn’t an offer to refund some of the money to accommodate what I did order. I love to support small businesses, being an owner myself, but situations like this make it difficult.

I’ve had everything on the menu. It’s the most phenomenal tasting meals you can ever have. It’s so good will make you count numbers and say your ABC’s. The best meal and worth the taste. This business never misses. The food so good make you do a dance. If anyone ever complains that mean they are having a bad day. This is some delicious food. Have me drizzling out of the mouth.

Tried this place for the first time last night. Had the wiz cheese steak with onions & peppers. They also have a 2 foot cheese steak as well, which I haven’t seen anywhere since I was in Philadelphia. The meat could have had some more seasoning and flavor added as it was a little dry. I was hoping for more wiz on it as well. Overall it was pretty tasty. The Italian ice was on point as well. Wish the dining room was open so we could have stayed and enjoyed the food more. Staff were on point and very knowledgeable about the food. Give it a try if you are in the area or passing through.

I generally only write reviews for places that wow me… Philly Italian Water goes to the top of that list! My wife and I hit up this Philly paradise for a lunch date. It is a fantastic find! We both had a six inch Philly Cheese with fried onions, green peppers and white American cheese. Good Lord, it was good! The steak was melty tender with plenty of gooey cheese to hold it all together. The bun was warm and soft! I had to pace myself to enjoy it, I just wanted to inhale that thing. It came with some perfectly crispy seasoned fries and a can of Coke for just over $7.00. The gentleman that served us was very cool and it only took us about 10 minutes to get our food, even though it was prepared to order. At the time of this review they were drive-thru only, so heads up on that. We just took some towels for our lap and ate in the car in the parking lot. This is one of my favorite lunches of 2021! I’ll be back… A LOT!

I’m not even gone hold you… I’m from Philly and the cheesesteak was Ight. I went to this place when I first came to Macon and the loaded nachos were amazing! The water ice was GREAT! They were friendly and fast. I’ll give it an overall 8.5/10
