This is a small, metal table cafeteria style restaurant that delivers great food. I called in this time to pick up during lunch hour on Saturday. Manager was nice on the phone and helped make sure Inwas getting what I wanted. There was 1 chef, and she did great. Their fries are great, the nice big ones bars surve and not over salted if salted at all. The 10″ phillies were great. At first I thought they forgot my may, but nope it was there and good. Some other reviews suggest they should use different bread. Im speaking up about this because the bread they use is perfect for me. I love it and it’s soft and tasty and let’s the ingredients shine. So, you can add styles, but please keep the one you use now and for many years now.. Overall, this is a small venue that pushes out very tasty sandwiches, wings etc. There’s a reason they’ve been there a long time.

Terrible cheesesteak had barely any meat. The lady making them was rubbing her face with the gloves it was a total disaster. Place needs a new owner. To bad along time ago I remember the food being better. I rather eat steak ums on white bread !

The atmosphere and staff were friendly, and the place was pretty busy. Despite the crowd I was not impressed by any means. The Philly cheesesteak looked so unappetizing the best part of this meal was the crinkle cut french fries from a bag. There is definitely room for improvement from this place. I was so surprised to see such a crowd.

Stopped in for a classic philly cheese but wanted to add a little spice with Jalapeno Jack cheese. Unfortunately they were out so I settled on provolone. While still tasty I did feel the bread was not as fresh as normal. Overall though a solid meal.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak 7 in with fries ($11.99 + tax + credit card service charge of 0.51). I can understand a service charge if the cost was under $10 but it’s over $10. The name of the place is Philly grill, so I would expect an exceptional Philly cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was soggy and it really did not taste that great. The fries were crispy but didn’t have much flavor to it, which is strange for french fries.
