Poor service. The kid who took order from my son looks like robot. Didnt speak english, forgot to make the food. Than 30 min later food came wrong order. The managers didnt even said I am sorry.

waited over 30 minutes for chicken tenders, and when we asked what was taking so long the cashier played dumb and told us they were busy – there was no one else there. decided to get food somewhere else because of ridiculous wait, when suddenly our food appeared on the counter. the cashier proceeded to scream at us and point at us in front of the entire food court. we eventually went back and got a refund for our food. if you want to be treated respectfully and have great customer service, don’t visit this restaurant.

The food is terrible. I got the chicken sandwich and basically got overcooked popcorn chicken with no chicken all breading. The breading was so hard I couldn’t chew it. For a mall this size you would think they would have better food options than this. Gross 🙁 The lady taking orders was nice and the only redeeming part of this visit.

Man, the person who is the cashier is very, very damn rude—never been here. I thought, try it out, waited for like 20 mins, and asked how long it would be. He threw his hands in the air like I don’t know. Then he proceeded to yell at someone with the order number. The customer decided to get some food elsewhere. If he worked for me, he would be fried the way he was acting, or if he pissed the wrong person off never know how they might react. So whoever the owner might want to get your staff in order.

Since my review was taken down, I will review again. The cashier yelled at my 11 year old daughter and made her cry! He also threw his hands up when we asked where our food was. Cashier has a horrible attitude and the cooks as well. They were laughing and cutting up while other customers waited about 30 minutes for food.

Sandwich was okay not the best I’ve had but not the worst. Fries are garbage they taste like air. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Waited in line forever. Then asked for ketchup and they straight up told me “no”. For no reason. They still had some and I even offered to pay for it. BUT still a no. Horrible!

Very poor experience. Food took 30 minutes and cashier was very rude, the employees in the back were being very unprofessional and were messing around. We decided to go elsewhere to get food and the cashier proceeded to yell the order number over and over again. Would not come back.
