We visited the old Phillips from back in the day (old location) when they had the buffet as well. That was YEARS ago. We visited today and they did not disappoint. Anyae (spellcheck) was our waiter and he was top tier on all levels.

The restaurant smelled of bleach which was great. As that was a sign of cleanliness. It was clean and very well lit.

We ordered roasted oysters, cream of crab soup, crab legs steam pot, steak/crab entree, and a lobster roll. Everything was good. We will now add this to our regular restaurant line up.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience at Phillips Seafood – Baltimore, MD

Phillips Seafood delivered an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, the food was fresh and expertly prepared, and the service truly made the evening memorable.

I ordered the snow crab legs, and they were excellent perfectly cooked, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for from a Baltimore seafood institution. I truly enjoyed every bite.

A special shout out goes to our server, Ruslan, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. He recommended both the key lime pie and the bread pudding, and his suggestions were absolutely spot on. I ordered the key lime pie, which was creamy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, while my wife had the bread pudding, which she loved—rich, warm, and comforting.

Exceptional food paired with excellent service made this a five-star visit. If you’re dining at Phillips Seafood in Baltimore, ask for Ruslan, enjoy the snow crab legs, and trust his dessert recommendations. We will definitely be back.

A popular restaurant right at the heart of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. It’s very close to the aquarium and right on the streetcar with a tall building, you can’t miss it. But on the inside, it’s much less impressive which makes it a bit underwhelming.

However, our server Dale was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He cracks jokes, makes sure our food comes out timely, and overall adds a lot to an otherwise mediocre experience.

The food itself is fine, but not acceptable for a price range of $50. The crab cakes are about that much! My Lobster Mac and Cheese was creamy, but it really felt like it was missing something. However, I thought the appetizers were pretty good. Overall, would come here for a one and done meal.

Really cute area with the Christmas decor! We came on a Thursday for dinner and it wasn’t too crowded. We got our food quick and my server Numi, was really kind and considerate! My food was prettily plated, but it was bland and thus not worth the price. Nice venue and fun to go to for the novelty of eating at the inner harbor, but I wouldn’t recommend.

I stopped by with a friend for happy hour before going to the national aqauriums friday nights event. There was no wait and we were able to sit in the lounge area of the bar. We were expecting some deals on food for happy hour, but it’s only for select drinks and basic liquor + mixers drinks. The Chesapeake fries were $16 and the Crab and Mozz arancini was around the same. It was tasty, but def needs a happy hour discount to make it feel worth the money

Great seafood restaurant in a restored harbor power plant. The Boom Boom Shrimp was excellent, the Clam Chowder was rich and creamy. The crispy fish sandwich didn’t impress me as much. Wasn’t very crispy and the fish had several dark spots taking away from the flavor, but the sauce that came with it was good.

The food was good but the portions were on the smaller size compared to the price. Asparagus was too salty.

Our server was very nice and pleasant. Dessert was very good.

I lived in Baltimore for 23 years and last night while visiting town for the Ravens Game my husband and I finally tried out Phillips Seafood and we were so pleasantly surprised with our experience.

We will definitely be coming back for date nights in the future. We loved how fresh the and tasty everything was. Our server Ruslan was kind, attentive, and well versed in the menu. He offered us great recommendations and we were very pleased with our selection.

The crab dip was perfect Maryland flavors of crab, old bay, and the right amount of cheese. The French bread that accompanied the dip was to die for! We ended up ordering a second round of the bread. It was the right crispy outter crust with a soft inside. It was perfectly seasoned and dripping in a delicious butter sauce. Our second appetizer was the Boom Boom shrimp which was my favorite item of the evening. The Shrimp were a perfect medium large size, in a delicious crispy breading and coated in a yummy slightly spicy sauce. We also each had a bowl of soup to finish off our meal. I had the Maryland Crab Vegetable soup which was hearty and had all the right flavors of a traditional crab soup. My husband had the cream of crab and while it was good he did say he think it could have used a bit more lumps of crab meat as it was mostly shredded meat throughout.

Overall everything was delicious and we hope to be back soon. We saw someone get a seafood bucket that looks amazing with lobster and crab legs as well as corn and potatoes and that will definitely be the next thing we try!
