Food was good, I ordered a breakfast combo the older lady who took my order gave me a soup “sinigang” on the side, it was was delicious so I asked if possible to have another one and I understand its free small side, she gave me an attitude for asking another one, I offered to pay for the small side but her attitude was just unappetizing basically she was RUDE, if you’re not happy working then stay home, don’t be rude to customers

First off the food was great regardless of it being so expensive, but makes me not want to spend my money when the service sucks. The dude kept laughing at my sister when she was ordering food for a family lunch, but the second she got our mom on the phone, they all shut up and realized we can understand them. God please get it together because there are other reviews talking about the service and it’s not just me.

I ordered through DoorDash today, 2 crispy pata. They gave me 1 crispy pata and the other, 2 pieces of lechon which were overcooked that the meat is so tasteless, not to mention overly done and dry. Philhouse could at least have picked better cooked lechon (not overly cooked).
