Once I was finally able to get someone to take my order after being looked over while standing in the line to order the food was very good. The service needs work especially being able to handle large crowds. The drinks, the atmosphere and the deejay were a whole Vibe.
Here’s where my disappointment comes, I paid through apple pay and added my gratuity each transaction, this morning when I look at my bank transactions online I saw that an extra gratuity was added to one of my transactions on top of the gratuity I left. It was a small amount however it’s the principle of someone committing fraud and going and adding extra without my permission after I had already totaled out and signed the receipt.

The first thing that struck me was how clean and well-maintained the establishment was. It set a positive tone for the evening. The vibe was incredibly inviting, with a great atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the moment.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu. Donnie, in particular, was exceptional. He took the time to recommend drinks and even crafted our daiquiris with such care and passion that it made a noticeable difference in the taste. You could really feel the love and attention he put into every drink.
Overall, Phatt’s daiquiri exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, inviting atmosphere, and friendly, skilled staff. I can’t wait to return for another round of those delicious daiquiris!

Loving the atmosphere at the Classic Glendale Shopping Center. The food is exceptional—fresh, made to order, and packed with flavor.
