Phatsy Kline’s Parlor Lounge set in the beautiful Historic Eagle House offers house made healthy and decadent small plates and boards using local & organic ingredients when ever possible. Our restaurant and bar creates a variety of boards and platters, soup, oysters and other house-made delights. We offer craft cocktails and mocktails local wines and beers, ciders, french press coffee and teas. We are an all ages establishment and have indoor and outdoor dining. No reservation required and unless you have six or more people. Live music and entertainment happens often, so keep an eye on our website calendar and follow us on IG.

I had a great experience!! I am staying in this special hotel the bar/restaurant is located in. The receptionist told me I might be able to bring my dog. Ben, who served me, treated my dog like a special guest! She got towels to lie on! (She loved it) and water. I got a custom made warm cocktail with brandy and the athnosphere, music, other guest, .. everything was just most lovely and cozy and warm hearted. As to the food, I enjoyed it! I had Hawaiian burgers with chicken and Parmesan and a tomato soup, and was very happy with me protein oriented healthy – good idea dish. I warmly recommend coming here!!! Don’t miss out! It’s a very special place. I will come back any time.

Good on an off-night, and utterly magical when the stars align. This is the upscale version of Shanty, a dive bar a block away. Quirky locals. Excellent cocktails. And, most importantly, bartenders who manage the scene to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe, while welcoming the full array of weirdos of Eureka. Queer, gay, trans, and everyone-friendly.

Super cool vibes. A fundraiser for the Kinetic Grand Championship involving karaoke was going on. Ate some amazing sliders, the board of the day, and a brownie ala mode! All delicious with plenty of leftovers even though a few people were munching on the goodies. What a delightful spot.
Emily and Cheyenne were fantastic bartenders who made sure everyone was okay. They even cleaned up a mess so quickly that barely anyone noticed that another patron had knocked their drink over due to dancing exuberyummiest!
Great space, will be back to enjoy the atmosphere as a patron.

The drinks were very flavorful, and the food was unique and delicious. This is a repeat when I return to Eureka. The parlor was beautifully set up. The service was great. Overall, it is a fun place to relax and enjoy some tasty treats.

Where to begin! I have been here a few times now, with different groups of awesome people, and they all loved it! (As well as myself) Our wait staff every time has been phenomenal, and the food has never let us down! I enjoy that their menu pays attention to detail. It is a consistent menu, with a few daily specials! The food always looks just like the pictures, and tastes even better. The drinks are always to die for and made very well. It is a fun and clean establishment. My experience here has been consistently excellent. I love that they have vegan/vegetarian options as well and can seem to accomodate us whenever we would like to switch things up a bit! I love the Lavender Lemon Drop and their house made Garlic knotts always hit the spot.

Very cool vibe and interesting food menu. Located in the Eagle House. My review is way over do so they may not have the food choices we ordered but the experience was great and would recommend going and seeing what they offer now. My husband and I really enjoyed everything we tried and even ate the micro greens.

We are SOOO happy we stumbled upon this hotel and restaurant. Built in 1888 yet very modern and updated yet still kept many antiques throughout. This place is a gem and everyone who works there is friendly and attentive. We can’t wait to go back for live music. The DRINKS and FOOD are amazing! Everything made in house including all the simple syrups for their drinks. Fresh oysters from the area as well. If you want to step into history this hotel/restaurant and the surrounding area does a fantastic job.

Stopped here for a cocktail! We are staying in the area for a few days and read that this is a place to go, so we made a point to stop. Inside, it’s beautiful and I love the décor! It is inside a hotel or Inn, but the décor is throughout, even in the lobby. The drinks were 100% on par and delicious! Because we already had dinner plans, we skipped food, but the menu was to die for! I hope while we are in town I will get to go back to try food items. Saw plates being delivered to other tables, and honestly I can’t wait to try a few items. If you’re in the area, stop. You won’t be disappointed!

One of the best meals we have enjoyed in a long time. Great cocktails, lovely service, and delicious food!! We had a seared ahi tuna with lemon shisito peppers, chickpea cakes that were so flavorful they almost outshined the fish, and the best flatbread I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend!!

The service should have been better with the server to customer ratio. Beautiful setting (be sure to check out the ballroom). The soup was tasty. The garlic knots were good. The charcuterie board was good. We sat at the bar and had to wait a while, and our order wasn’t correct.
