This Hidden Gem is new and located off the lobby of the Sun Destin Resort! Carribean Specialties and an amazing drink menu. We shared an order of blackened grouper tacos. Comes w/ 2 tacos. Perfectly seasoned blackened grouper w/ coleslaw, remolode sauce and cheese. Amazing flavor combo! Sorry no pic, we ate them too fast. Next a sampler of fried grouper, giant shrimp, hushpuppies w/ a side of tender crisp fried okra. Lester, our waiter ,also reccommended the Carribean wings but those will have to wait for next time as we were too full from all the delicious seafood!

Drinks were great! Try the Blue Ocean and Phat Gator if you like coconut Rum. Grouper tacos were amazing! Burger with onion rings and their sauce was incredible.

First and foremost, the fish is absolutely fresh. The shrimp snapped when you bit into it.
No problem with the quality of the fare but my hesitation is with the sauces that paired with the fish/shellfish.
We had the Red fish, flounder and mahi mahi. A definite variety and all had there own sauce to enhance.
This is where I got lost. The sauces were so overpowering that the fish became an afterthought. Not bad , not good either. Just different than I’ve ever experienced before
I really wanted to fall in love with this restaurant but just couldn’t.
The service was wonderful.

We were literally the only people in there and it still took 10 minutes to come take our drink orders, another 15 to get the drinks(waters and sodas) and another 30 to get the food. The salads came out about 3 minutes before the food.
The food was good if you don’t mind waiting over an hour to eat. The fried shrimp were very large and the grouper was good.

We had group go here and found out they had just opened. The menu had several interesting items and a nice mix of seafood and meats. I had the Sidney Grouper with red beans and rice as my side. My husband had the blackened grouper sandwich. The rest of our group had various other menu choices. The food took a while to come out of the kitchen, but all meals were served at the same time and were hot and delicious! I have been to other restaurants on opening day and experienced a lot of more glitches. We’ve been back since. I tried the fish tacos and my husband stuck with blackened grouper sandwich. We highly recommend both. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated.

Great food the gruben sandwich was delicious, service was great, and takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get your food, overall great place. (Found inside sun destin resort and might be the only person/people there its more of a pick up place but very good food came with for and service for a long trip across the country)came with 4 people including me.

This place was a welcome surprise. My husband and I are pretty particular about our food, but after a long day of travel across the country we were famished and our 4 year old is impatient. We did not have high expectations since we went for convenience but we are so happy this is the place we stumbled upon. The service was fantastic and the staff was super friendly. They got our 4 year old food out right away and my husband and I got the flounder which was superb!! Very fresh and expertly cooked. Some of the best seafood we’ve had our here! We will definitely be back!

We were super excited to try this place and left not wanting to go back. We tried to walk there by way of the beach but past it up, as there was no signage. They are working on getting a flag or sign. Ordered our food and was asked, which side do you want, I asked what are my choices and the waitress pointed to the menu and showed me the sides section, then was charged separately for the sides, so clearly they were not included. I had the grouper tacos and they were good but everyone had a fish meal and all three meals had very heavy sauce on them, couldn’t really taste the fish. Bummer of an evening overall, service was ok. I hope they take their reviews seriously, so they can improve and stay for the long haul.

So clean and extremely friendly environment! My son raved about how great his burger was( he’s a teenage boy so we all know how picky they can be! Lol). Would recommend to anyone in this area! A hidden gem for sure!
