We are located at 44 N Mill Ave Lebanon va, 24266 We are a family owned business and we purchase all of our product from a smaller supplier with quality in mind instead of all about profit. We are a full service restaurant which also includes a full service bar as well. We are known for our famous burgers but we are great at everything we do. Our hamburger meat is never frozen and is always a fresh 3/4 lb patty. We take pride in making homemade chili for the hot dogs and our house special sauces as well. We always do our best to make sure each and every time you visit us we ask how your meal comes out and tasted. We started as a food truck and grew to PHAT PATTYS BAR & GRILL Thank you!

We live in Bristol Virginia and were told about this restaurant that had just recently opened in Lebanon and although its about a 45 minute drive for us…we decided to give it a try. Located right inside town, the outside appearance was just the initial attraction. Very rustic and appealing…lots of parking around back. We were greeted immediately upon walking in by a very pleasant hostess. I love the hot air balloon hostess stand. Truly unique. The atmosphere inside was warm and inviting. Very cozy. Shortly after being seated, Kendra came over and took our drink order and we chose The OG dirty soda…amazing drink!!! My husband and I enjoyed it so much, we ordered another one. Kendra was extremely patient while we took our time looking at the menu. We started with firecrackers which were on the house, and if you like spicy….those were the bomb. Then we chose jalapeño cheese stuffed shrimp and ranch dressing….my gosh I could eat my weight in those. For the main meal which was served before we finished our appetizer, was a BLT with Hellfire Fries….which I highly recommend…yet another spicy food that they have definitely perfected. I had a Fried Bologna sandwich with wedges and the servings were more than we expected. Everyone we encountered here was so nice and pleasant to speak to. It is rare to find the unique and inviting experience that we found here and will definitely be coming back. We have also spread the word to everyone we know….keep up the great work!!!!

I’ve ordered over 6 orders from here and it’s been some of the best food we have got from a restaurant. If you’re on the fence, it looks one person brought the review down, just go. We need more small chain restaurants to stay open, thanks for what you all doing and thanks for the food. My family Chilhowie often order to take back with them 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered steak medium and it was past well done. Had a 2 year old in our party that had water to drink and they would not give a cup with a lid or a kids cup. Took over an hour to get our meals. Prices are too high for the quality of food we received. Staff is rude.
