We have been going to Phat Boys for years. We live in Miami and drive up north because we find this location to be really cute and the food is always on point. We came here a few nights ago and it was horrible. Upon walking in we saw two of the staff members in the hostess area. We stood there for quite a while and they completely ignored us acting like we were invisible. My husband then said I guess we can seat ourselves and that’s when one of the woman said no I will seat you. She had an attitude like we were bothering her for asking for a table. We then had our server take our order. She never came back for the entire course. We ran out of water. We were unable to order anything else because she disappeared for the entire meal. She finally appeared and not an apology or anything. We then asked for the check. We were walking out and not a thank you or a good night or goodbye. I work in the customer service industry and this is unacceptable !! We go out to spend our hard work money to get service not to get ignored by everyone we encountered here. We will not be coming back we will spend our money somewhere else where they value their clients.

Marketed as a sushi and ramen restaurant, there’s so much more than that. I got the marinated steak that comes w rice bean sprouts onions & ginger which was phenomenal and my two friends got the chicken ramen which they also really liked. We got the pork belly for the appetizer and can say that it was the best pork belly I’ve ever had. A little expensive for three but I wasn’t too mad seeing as it was really good. Highly recommended.

The food is incredible here. On our vacation, we came here three times! It’s that good. I preferred the chicken garlic ramen every time and I couldn’t wait to eat it again. So good! We also got their sushi, it’s really fresh. I’m not a fan of raw fish but I loved it here. Highly recommend! I’m glad we don’t have it back home because I’d be eating out a lot!

We started with orders of Chicken Wings, Vegetable Spring Rolls and Gyoza. Everything tasted fabulous and was filling for a table of 4. The spring rolls were super fresh and crunchy and the Gyoza blew my socks off!
For dinner, I got a basic Fried Rice and added some Steak all for $15. I couldn’t believe how much food I got and I had enough leftovers for my husband and I for the next night as well!
My friend shared some of her Chicken Katsu Roll with me and holy crap, it was so good…

We took my daughter here to celebrate her 10th birthday and it was perfect. It was the 1st visit for all of us and we all enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant, the service, and the food.
The food portions were very generous and everything was delicious.

Went while visiting FLL. We actually came back twice during our trip! Food was good and the atmosphere was nice. But what brought us back for a second visit was our server Visa. They were attentive, friendly and overall really easy to connect with. It really elevated the experience for us.

Enjoyed $7 lychee martini as well as delicious food.
From hh menu- boom boom chicken, shrimp tempura, sushi trio, edamame and tuna wontons (the last 2 and the shrimp were my favorites).
Also had the volcano roll and cheesecake tempura which were also phenomenal.
