Vietnamese food is typically not one of my top to go to places but after trying this place, it definitely became one of my top choices. The pork belly sandwich had amazing flavors that’s I can’t even describe. All the ingredients were super fresh and the food came out nice and hot. If you like crab Rangoon, then you definitely need to try theirs because it’s better than most Asian restaurants you go to. Although the food is prepared fresh, it comes out fairly quickly. The staff here were super friendly as well. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

I was looking for a coffee shop but unfortunately they closed down here. So I asked the owner at steamy noods (awesome name) where I could get some and he took me over to banh mi. Told me they owned both of those shops and decibel. They said they will have hot coffee starting next week but I got the Vietnamese cold coffee and it was really good! Also got some crab rangoons that were amazing. Highly recommend, especially because it wasn’t busy AT ALL on a Saturday at 11am

Okay, so I rarely ever leave reviews. However, as growing up with Vietnamese food I felt a need to.

1. Customer service was wonderful the gentleman that took my order was great. Very personable and easy to approach despite being more of a kiosk based ordering system.
2. I had the lemongrass pork Banh Mi and the Saigon Wings with a side of shrimp chips.

The Lemon grass pork didn’t really taste like anything, just grilled pork unfortunately. The vegetables weren’t pickled from what I could tell which sucks since that’s my favorite part.

The mayo, I’m not quite sure if that was truly Vietnamese mayo but it killed the taste of the sandwich. It was just mayo, bread and filler is what it tasted like.

The shrimp chips definitely just taste like rice paper that was fried which can be good, however don’t expect it to taste like anything just a crunch factor for your meal.

The wings, loved how crispy it was, the menu says the sauce is a chili lime sauce, it resembled more sweet chili than there was lime.

Overall, the customer service and possibly the drinks would make it worth coming back but I think I’d have to stick to Sharonville / Mason area for Vietnamese food.

Update: Went back. Crab Rangoon is double the size it was the first time I got it. My daughter didn’t particularly care for it but I like it and the chili sauce offsets the flavors.

Saigon wings and Crab Rangoon is top notch. However, the booba tea is a powder. Not authentic from what I saw and tasted. That’s the only issue.

Food halls have become quite popular and there are three within a short drive of my house. The newest is Gatherall at Factory 52. This location has over a dozen food stalls plus multiple bar options. The first food stall I tried was Phat Bánh Mì.

The staff working was very friendly and helped explain the menu as needed. I watched from a nearby table as orders were quickly prepared and text messages sent to hungry patrons.

I tried the Lemongrass Chicken Bánh Mì with lemongrass chicken on a toasted baguette with pickled daikon, pickled carrots, cucumber, cilantro, jalapenos, and Vietnamese mayo served with potato or shrimp chips ($13). This was a good sandwich and very filling. I’m not an expert on Bánh Mì but I really enjoyed the flavor combinations, especially the pickled vegetables and the mayo was a nice touch.

Ordered the lemongrass pork banh mi with shrimp chips. The banh mi was roughly 7-8 inches in length. The portion was moderate with all the necessary components. Heavy on mayo and lacking in the pate. The pork should’ve been the star of the show but the flavors didn’t come to play that day.

Amazing flavor on everything! Must try the coffee if you like a strong kick on an afternoon. I had the pork belly Bánh Mì, it was tender and juicy!!! A must try if you’re in the area or just passing through. Easy parking on the side of the street.

We ordered BBQ pork belly rice bowl and fried pork shrimp spring rolls. They’re authentic vietnamese food. The taste was below average. We also had ice vietnamese coffee. It was too much milk.

The pork belly bbq banh mi was sub par. It didn’t seem that they put extra cilantro on it like I asked. Pate said it was an extra dollar on the menu and then $2 when checking out.
The only redeemer was really good spring rolls.
