Bummer. We arrived and knew what we were going to have without even needing a menu..my husband loves the Cubano sandwich and i loved the Ramen bowl..yes, past tense. We were served our food and i dug in..and all i have to say is would anyone enjoy some ramen with their ginger it was beyond filled with ginger, so much ginger that it tasted almost metallic, i sent it back for a pharmacy burger, medium that took 20 min..the Burger was completely over cooked to the point of being charcoaled., take a look at the pics. I really loved this place, what happened?

Pharmacy kitchen & Bar is such a great spot! First off, parking was super easy, always a plus. I didn’t order much food, but the grilled chicken wings were decent. The real highlight for me was the drinks ,the espresso martinis were absolutely delicious, and the strawberry margaritas were totally on point.

The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and friendly.. Huge shoutout to Erica, she was such a wonderful bartender! Super friendly, attentive, and really made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back soon..

We had a party of 6. Food and drinks were amazing! However, our server didnt look like he wanted to be there which kind of put a damper on the evening. We would have liked to stay for dessert but it felt like he just wanted us to leave. We would maybe go again because the food and drinks were great but nobody wants to spend money when the server feels bothered to be there.

We had a great time having dinner here and celebrating my daughter’s White Coat ceremony at TouroCOM. The food was so delicious and the ambiance was nice. I liked all the pharmacy themed decorations because I am a licensed Pharmacist!

Ive been here probably a dozen times since its opened. I have never liked the decor or the theme. However, the food and steaks in particular have been better than the other options in town. Recently however, over the last year, they cant even get a burger right here. Stale buns, burnt on the outside, raw on the inside, falling apart. Over cooked pasta. You just cant reliably get a good meal. Also, as many have mentioned, the service can be awful.

We rented out Pharmacy’s upstairs for our rehearsal dinner. We absolutely loved the space, food, drinks, and service. We had a lovely time. For ~20 people should allow at least 3 hours for dinner, ideally 4. They serve tons of food and it’s all delicious, but does take a bit of time to fully enjoy. The servers were very helpful and nice to work with.

The only caveat – we reserved the space about 10 months ahead of time. We showed up the day prior to drop off some decor, and they had no notes about our reservation in the calendar…luckily we had paid a small deposit when we reserved, so they honored it and quickly got staff ready for the event. Another party had also reserved for the same night though, and since they hadn’t left a deposit I believe their event was canceled.

Anyway, the actually experience was lovely but just be sure your booking is secured.

The Food was AMAZING… Valentines day menu was on point. Our only complaint was that the waiter seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. His demeanor needs to be worked on. He was not the most pleasant.
Other than that, my wife and I would love to go again and try something from the full menu. A very nice Restaurant non the less.

My fiancé and I went here with another couple Saturday at 630pm. Our waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed and didn’t come over to the table for a good amount of time. She explained there was a miscommunication between other staff and that she would be our waitress and took our drink order. Although we did not complain, the diet coke and tap water tasted very earthy as if there was dirt mixed in. We did not get any alcoholic beverages, so this review excludes the bar service.
As for the food, my fiancé ordered the duck. Everyone else’s entree arrived but not his. He patiently waited because the rest of us got two different pasta dishes and a burger which typically would be much quicker than a duck entree. The waitress noticed he didn’t get his food yet and came back to double check what his order was. She then went to the kitchen and returned to the table to let us know that the duck was no longer available. She asked if he would like something else so after trying the cajun pasta my friends boyfriend ordered, he asked for that. Once it arrived all four of us tried it because he had said it didn’t taste the same. He was right. The dish had this smokey taste which isn’t abnormal for a cajun pasta, but it was overpowering unlike the exact same dish as my friends boyfriend was served. We were offered 50% off the cajun pasta replacement dish. My pasta dish was a special which was very yummy. Our appetizers were yummy as well! We had the dumplings and honey chipotle wings. My best friend has the GOAT burger, she liked it. We didn’t have any interest in dessert.
The bathroom was nice and clean which I did appreciate.
All together, I think this restaurant will not see us back.

Customer service was horrible. 7 open tables one waiter goes and check to make sure we can be seated. She comes back to seat us and some large leprechaun looking guy tells her we can’t be seated. She said well I’ll seat them at another seat he says well that may be reserved. She was visibly upset and uncomfortable. She asked us to give her a few more minutes after waiting for 10. There is 7 open tables. No open spaces at the bar and no one coming in.
Long story short I been there before and was treated very very well. We spend $$$ and we tip well. We went to another restaurant Oak and Reed 20 mins away and had a remarkable experience and was compensated a free appetizer for the bad experience we had at someone else’s restaurant.

**Restaurant Review**

I made an online reservation for 6 PM on Saturday, October 11, 2025, despite my reservations about dining at this establishment, as I am a local resident of Orange County and have not had positive experiences here in the past. Upon arrival, the restaurant was quite busy, but we were seated promptly at 6 PM.

Our waitress appeared overwhelmed from the outset. After approximately 39 minutes, we received three of the four glasses of tap water we ordered. Along with the water, we had placed an order for an appetizer, two non-alcoholic soda drinks, and two cocktails from the bar for our party of four. The fourth glass of water and the two sodas arrived roughly 45 minutes into our visit.

At the one-hour and ten-minute mark, I stood up to speak with the bartender as she passed by multiple times. I inquired about the status of our bar drinks. The bartender responded curtly, saying, “Do you see the bar? I also have two tables at the end of the bar, and you are just going to have to wait your turn.” I pointed out that those two tables had arrived 45 minutes after us and were already enjoying their drinks. In response, she remarked, “and they aren’t complaining.” When I asked how much longer it would be, she simply gestured to the vacant bar and stated that our order was “somewhere back there.”

After hearing her dismissive response, I informed her that we would be leaving and would not be waiting for the drinks. As my party began to put on our jackets, the bartender mentioned that she would be charging our card for the sodas. I asked if there was a manager or owner available, to which she replied negatively. I asserted that she would not be charging me anything, to which she laughed and said, “watch.” I clarified that I had notSubject: Restaurant Experience Review

I made an online reservation for 6 PM on Saturday, October 11, 2025, despite my initial reservations about dining at this establishment, having had previous unsatisfactory experiences in Orange County. Upon arrival, the restaurant was bustling, but we were seated promptly at 6 PM.

Unfortunately, our service did not match the initial efficiency. The waitress appeared overwhelmed, and it took approximately 39 minutes for us to receive three of the four glasses of tap water we ordered. Simultaneously, we had placed an order for an appetizer, two non-alcoholic sodas, and two cocktails from the bar, as we were a party of four. The fourth glass of water and the two sodas arrived around 45 minutes into our visit.

After an hour and ten minutes, I approached the bartender, who had walked past us several times. I inquired about the status of our cocktails. The bartender responded dismissively, stating, “Do you see the bar? I also have two tables at the end of the bar, and you are just going to have to wait your turn.” I pointed out that those two tables had been seated 45 minutes after us and were already enjoying their drinks. She retorted, “And they aren’t complaining.” I asked how much longer it would take, to which she pointed to the vacant bar area and said our order was somewhere back there.

Given her unprofessional response and demeanor, I decided to leave and informed her that we would be forgoing the drinks. As my party began to put on their jackets to leave, the bartender stated, “I am charging your card for the sodas.” When I asked if a manager or owner was available, she replied that there was not. I insisted that she would not be charging me anything, to which she laughed and said, “Watch.” I clarified that I had never provided a card and bid her goodnight.

I have since learned that Craft 47 has closed and a German restaurant has opened in its place. Based on this experience, I will not be visiting the new establishment either.

Best of luck to the management in their future endeavors.
