Best tacos in Atwater.
Everything is made to order, every ingredient is always fresh. I highly recommend there steak tacos, for the pices you pay all you need are 2-3 tacos their double tortilla and well served. The waters are always fresh, they have mango, horchata horchata and jamaica. There nacho are amazing very generous with meat.

I just want to say great food. It’s usually always high quality and good. The reason for the 3 stars is I don’t feel consistency. Sometimes there’s a lot of chips, sometimes we get 3 chips, sometimes there’s none. Sometimes the order is correct, sometimes it ain’t. Today I went and we asked for a asada burrito With just beans,rice and salsa. My order was repeated to me correctly and I received a burrito with just meat and rice. No salsa and no beans just rice and meat, it felt kinda gross after a while.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but I’m hoping this will get the owners to care more about the quality of the food they serve. I showed up to this food truck before dinner rush so that the cook could comfortably take his time to prepare the two burritos I ordered. Since their burritos are priced significantly higher then neighboring food trucks in that area and because I was the only customer before dinner times, I had high hopes the cook would deliver good quality burritos. However, as soon as my food was given to me in less than five minutes after placing my order, I knew it wasn’t a good sign. As I opened my burrito it looked as if the tortilla was just microwaved; It was pale and mushy without being browned or toasted over a grill like other food trucks do. Then to make things worse, everything was bland in the burrito aside from the meat. I was extremely disappointed since the cook had the time and the ability to knowingly prepare a good food product. I definitely won’t be coming back. I’d recommend Torres Tacos in that same food truck area anytime over this spot. Phantom’s could definitely learn a lot from how they prepare a burrito.

Tried this truck today and can’t wait to go back. Wonderful service. They let us sample any of the meats, and we tried the steak and carnitas. Both amazing.
Final choices ended up being a steak burrito, a chicken quesadilla, and nachos without meat. Everything was super flavourful and fresh. I’m trying the shrimp next time! Give this place a go, you’ll love it! Sorry no photos, we devoured everything before I even got a chance. Next time!

well I thought it was really good from there pictures but the beans were not cooked enough I didn’t like the taste of the tortilla and the avocado needed about two days to be ripped o! and they also messed up on my order I ask for carne asada and they give me carnitas they were good so I didn’t complain about it.

Great customer service ,burritos El pastor and carnitas mix with toasted tortillas is assume. Birtia is really good to. Micheulada cups are good with a beer from tarmac . Best taco truck around here
