As airport restaurants go this one isn’t bad at all. Buffalo wings were had by the table along with a spattering of the beers on tap and everything was pretty tasty. It’s a comfortable place to sit when you’re killing time.

Took over 10min to get a super simple drink. I sat down at a table before setting my bag down. Enjoyed my drink then went to their bar to get one more and paid my tab. As I got my second drink they immediately grabbed my bag and gave my table to another man saying my bag was unattended. Horrible service. Can’t express how utterly irritating this experience was.

I entered the “restaurant” just before a family of 5 or 6. I looked around to see if I was supposed to seat myself. Not once did she acknowledge my presence, BUT she immediately greets the family who entered AFTER me. I sat and watched as she acknowledged each and every other person who came in. She told them she would open their tables so they could order using the QR code. Meanwhile, I was still waiting to be served, greeted, something!

There is a seating station out front but you seat yourself, then order via QR code. I ordered wine and water, got the wine but no water. After half an hour, I ordered another water with hummus. Got the hummus but no water again. Server goes by and I ask for 2 glasses of water, she acknowledges me, 10 minutes later, no water and she’s working with someone else. I waited another 20 and never got my water. The hummus plate was delicious and the wine was ok but prices are very high, and its loud and cramped inside.

Waited an hour for a quesadilla. Then she brought it out but it was made wrong. Had to wait another 10 minutes for that. The girl said she would ask the manager if they could comp the meal. Waited another 20 minutes for an answer. I asked the guy working the bar, he said manager was busy cooking at the other restaurant.

My brother and I stopped in to grab a drink and watch the Lakers playoff game. We asked if they could change a tv to ABC, but were told they had a policy that they couldn’t change the channel ever. The waitress (Deja Harding) told us it was because they had to reach up to manually do it, but the booth under the tv was occupied so they couldn’t.
