Stopped into the PGA Tour Grill before my flight out. The traditional was a loaded plate of eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. It was horrible but the eggs were kind meh. Everything else was decent. The waitress was amazing and very tentative. It’s am alright stop at the John Glenn Airport

This sit down restaurant in the airport is right on the other side of security of C terminal. We waited by the lectern for 2-3 minutes waiting to be seated, when a woman who was leaving approached me to say I shouldn’t do what she did and keeping waiting, that we needed to sit at a table and use the QR code to place our orders. Thank you, kind lady in the airport! I kinda wish she had warned us away, though. We sat at a booth and ordered, my son choosing the chicken quesadilla while I ordered the margherita flatbread. Our server then came over, and she took drink orders, which was good since the online drink order list hadn’t even included the regular Coke my son wanted.

The food came out soon. It wasn’t at all as described. My meal wasn’t a flatbread but a French bread style pizza with a cheap, sweet sauce; the good news is it had generous cheese. It wasn’t bad but it sure wasn’t what I expected. My son’s quesadilla had all the chicken right in the middle, with a large, very crisp edge almost devoid of cheese. It was supposed to come with sour cream but didn’t, but my son didn’t mind that. He found it to be just okay. My son’s Coke cost $3.65 and it was mostly ice, and he wasn’t even asked if he wanted a refill until I was paying. I’d describe the whole meal as mediocre.

I’d really expect the PGA to do more quality control on the use of their name.

Really, the best aspect of the meal was that we had a nice table with plenty of space to set our luggage to one side, and we had a view of the runway.

Really bad service, I travel a lot as a professional musician and have never experienced this much disrespect. When I got here, the little sign said “wait to be seated” and I was standing there for a good 10- 15 minutes until someone said the restaurant was open seating. I sat down and the lady waitress yelled at me for choosing the wrong seat (I sat at a 4 top cuz all the 2 tops were dirty). I then ordered a Gin & Tonic and it took them 15-20 minutes to make it….at this point my anxiety was all the way up. I finally got my drink and proceeded to do my own thing- nobody checked on me or anything. I then ordered a Screwdriver using the QR Code and it took them 25- 30 minutes to make it. I had to flag down a waiter and be like “yo I ordered my drink like 20 minutes ago…”. I then asked for the check when my drink came since the restaurant was potentially gonna make me late for my flight and nobody gave me my check, I had to flag someone down once again. The waiter also offered me a To-Go Cup and never gave it to me….Obviously I just ordered drinks to calm my nerves but that was messed up, please do better.

The bad staff that made my experience uncomfortable and unpleasant were Salem and Rushod.

As airport restaurants go this one isn’t bad at all. Buffalo wings were had by the table along with a spattering of the beers on tap and everything was pretty tasty. It’s a comfortable place to sit when you’re killing time.

The service was minimal; honestly if the barcode weren’t down; I’d have just used the online service. They were mopping while everyone was eating which smelled gross and immediately made all food taste like soap. We ordered fries as a side when she brought the lunch she said “we’re out of fries” which fine; they brought us chips as a substitute. Then at the end when we checked out she brought us the fries and I said no thank you and she charged me for them anyway. Things are expensive because it’s an airport but everything here was terrible, I’d rather overpay elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible experience. Worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered $30 worth of food, to wait 30 minutes to being told “it is what it is” when asking where my food was. The bartender and person working back of house/waitress definitely should not be in a customer facing role. We were ignored, lied to, and treated like we didnt matter. We were refused a refund, and ignored every time we tried to ask a question. The terrible waitress/bartender duo told us we couldnt have an estimate on food wait time, after waiting 20 minutes. We then found out the food we ordered wasnt even communicated to back of house. All 3 team members working on 7/15 were just so disrespectful. We almost missed our flight by 2 minutes – again, we were refused a refund. I would highly recommend a fire and hire a new team. Extremely rude, unhelpful team. This is absolutely unacceptable.

WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD, AND REFUSED A REFUND! I want my money back!
