The server told my daughter and me that if we were not ordering from the menu, we couldn’t sit in the empty bar/restaurant and drink our Starbucks while waiting for our flight. Very empty and more open tables than occupied one’s. She said she would get in trouble if we didn’t order something. Ridiculous!

This place is a total scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. They charged me $56 when my actual bill was only $11 — and that was with airline vouchers! I didn’t even sit down to eat, and somehow they added a $45 tip?! Are you serious? These women are thieves. Disrespectful, dishonest, and abusive. Don’t trust them. They just want to steal your money.

So sad this place has gone downhill since my last visit in December 2024 – no human touch – no friendly banter – no checking back to see if you need anything or offer coffee refill – Just scan QR code for menu and then server comes back halfway through meal telling me I can no longer give her my card but have to scan QR code to pay. Pray tell, how do you even help people without smart phones?!? Never again. Terrible customer service!!!
