Fun place to go drink. Love my friendly corner bar where everybody knows my name! I know… that’s Cheers, but its that homey-type feeling that this bar gives me that keeps me coming back for more. Food next store, but not actually at the bar… FYI… & not during the entire duration of the bar being open… used to be pizza, but now its chicken & I don’t eat chicken. So, I starve or keep drinking. But I’ve been going for 2 years now & I wouldn’t change it for the world!

Cool bar. I definitely wish they had better ventilation for the smoke. If you want a good gambling machine, smokey, dive bar this is your place. Really friendly people and good drinks. Sometimes on Tuesdays they have trivia as well. The most convenient thing about this place is that it’s one of the few regular bars that is anywhere close to stonehill.

There are a TON of sweepstakes/”slots machines” and they’re nice gaming machines. I haven’t ever played these games myself, but this place clearly has put some effort into providing a nice game room environment nestled within a neighborhood bar. That being said, they have 2 x 6′ foot quarter tables for pool players. It’s $1.50 a game, but they have a quarter machine that isn’t broken and the pool tables, though smaller than I’d prefer, are (shockingly) well maintained. They have little shelves with hand chalk and cue chalk by each of the tables and the house cues aren’t all screwed up.
The service was good. It’s definitely a place with regulars, “Cheers-y” and although I felt a little like I was noticed when I showed up and wasn’t a familiar face, I was treated well. There was a small crowd, but I didn’t have to wait long to get a drink and the bartenders are cool, in general. The drinks didn’t seem over priced to me. I liked this place. I wouldn’t have written this essay if I hadn’t enjoyed myself there thoroughly at least twice.

New to the area and my husband is out of town so I decided to explore on a Friday night. It’s a nice little dive bar. It’s got a pool table, gambling machines, live music (at least on Friday when I went) and plenty of seating. Bartender (male) seemed a little shy, but otherwise great service. And I wasn’t bothered at all by other patrons, which was great because I went out to escape the mom life for a little bit. Be prepared, they allow smoking inside, which is fine I smoke, but the smoke was burning my eyes. Which is why I gave it 4 stars. It could use some better ventilation. Otherwise, it seemed like a great place.

Patrons are super nice, no food. Drinks are over-priced and you practically have to Shoot up a Flare to get the Staff to recognize you are there. Bathrooms are super Clean ,thanks To Tony. Who also is the best TarBender in the Establishment. Great Live Music Fri-Sat.

I only came by this place to see Tish and the Mizzbehaving band play. They were fantastic as always. Such a good time to the hear live music. I always visit them at the white tiger downtown and was so happy to stay local this time.
I’ve always passed this tavern and never thought to stop at all. It looks like a hole on the wall. They have great COLD BEERS on tap and the food is amazing. If you ever need a cold beer and some great food make sure you come by and check it out you won’t regret it!

First time at this spot. We went on a Friday night. This is a smoking bar so be prepared to smell like smoke when you get home. Great atmosphere and great interactions with the bar staff and patrons. We shot pool all night and listened to good live music. I will definitely be back. I quit smoking years ago and don’t miss smelling like stale smoke. That being said, this place is worth it and I will be back.
