They used to have amazing calamari, but this father’s day was different. My dad waited 50 minutes past the pickup time for this. Small portion of mostly uncoated calamari. They also gave regular marinara instead of the requested spicy.

We ate here during the week. Order in the to go area and we dined in. It was different than every other time being here but we loved it. We love that the business opener switched it up to stay in business. The pizza was the same delicious pizza that our family has come to expect for 2 or 3 generations. My kids are hooked now and we enjoy coming here. Thank you for the wonderful pizza.

I ordered online and my pizza was ready when it was supposed to be. We got the squre pepperoni pizza, its very tasty with a good amount of cheese. The service was easy and painless. I only did pick up…nit sure if they have dine in…but from what i saw it was a laid back, mom and pop place. Like I said our pizza was very tasty so it was well worth it.

Kid at the counter did not want to be there. It was slower than molasas and he kept putting people who called in on hold, if he bothered to answer the phone. Thank God I ordered online. Check that, they still got my order wrong. Asked for Canadian bacon & got bacon. I will concede the pizza was still good, just not what I asked for.

So I just picked up my pizzas and I was going to take pics of the pizzas but I couldn’t resist the aroma!!! I ordered their Petrillos Specialty and my all time go to… Pepperoni, Sausage with extra cheese! If u ever had a favorite place for pizza, put them aside just one time and go see Mike at Petrillos in Glendora! They have a authentic good Italian flavor u can’t resist. I’ve been a fan of Petrillos since mid 90’s from their San Gabriel location. Same EXACT flavor and great great great people who are caring preparing this AWESOME food! People say u can taste the love and care when people cook, well Petrillos is a perfect example of that. Give them a chance and you won’t regret! Everyone at the Acura dealer loves Petrillos! Happy Holidays to all! Oh btw…. all of Petrillos pizza sizes are one size larger than any other companies. Ex: Petrillos medium is equal to anyone else’s large. So value is awesome!

The pizza was really good but that was the only good part. It looks like it used to be a full restaurant and now its a self-service seating area. The staff definitely seemed like they didn’t want to be there. We walked in to order pizza and it was almost an hour tonget the pizzas and a salad. Bummer too because the pizza really was good.

Put an order online for a pick up time of 215 then got a text back that saying my pizza won’t be ready until 320 so I called in and spoke with a gentleman and asked him if he could please refund me and he said he Did not have time to refund me until this afternoon and just hung up absolutely the worst service ever this place used to be a hidden gem. I will never step foot in this restaurant ever again.

We’ve tried them twice now. The first time, so many veggies on the pizza that they weren’t all cooked. The veggies were still kind of raw. Which was about two years ago. We decided let’s try them again today 10/24/25 with just a pepperoni. Well… the crust was so tough! Like hard to bite into and hard to chew. I don’t understand how they have high reviews when both of our experiences were well below average. Sorry to say we won’t be going back. Also when I called and asked if they had any specials ( some pizza places offer them) their response was “ no or we wouldn’t make any money. We put a lot of pepperoni on it” which they do put a good amount but I thought if ask and their response wasn’t appropriate. I was polite and said I understand but in my head I thought that was rude.

Use to go there alot but the quality of food went downhill. I’m sorry this younger generation does not have good work ethics. And it’s sad because the company pays for it by hiring them. Capri Deli in covina was good also until all the older people left. Anyways back to petrillos. I just went and ordered pizza, sausage,and lasagna and it was delicious. What a big improvement from burnt food. I will definitely go pick up there food again.

Past experiences here were great to have a nice family dinner. They totally changed the entire experience to a picnic type experience. You now order from the Togo counter nextdoor, then take your order to the old dinning area pop your boxes open, beer bottles and coke cans hopefully find paper plates and napkins it they have available. The paper plates don’t go very well the salads or pastas. It’s really lost its “my favorite place” atmosphere. It’s like eating at the park except a nicer dine in room. The owner came out and apologized,which I understand times can be hard but COVID hurt many places, remember that we, the customer fought to bring back our restaurants and they did with higher prices “granted” everything went up. Things are over with covid currently,I haven’t see any of these places lower their prices. We now have to eat picnic style with the same full service pricing. The large antipasto salad I ordered was skipping missing the roasted red peppers and less deli meat, I just hope they don’t close. I drove a long distance to be disappointed with this chessy idea they’re still at the top of my list for Italian, the owner hard working and great guy i hope it works, if you do try this place be prepared it’s no longer a place to impress anyone with the setting.
