I honestly don’t understand how this place justifies charging $7 for a small cappuccino. That price alone would require exceptional quality and service — and unfortunately, this place delivers neither.

The cappuccino was average at best, nothing special, definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the place was filthy. The tables were dirty, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected and unhygienic.

When you charge premium prices, customers expect premium standards — clean environment, quality drinks, and professional service. This place failed on all three.

I would not recommend it, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

One of Rye gems. Going in is like stepping into my home town coffee spot in Italy. Ice creams, ices, expresso and pastries. Go and enjoy!

Amazing coffee, gelato, and pastries. Great little place. Been there twice ever and plan on making many more visits. Try the Nutella gelato or the Oreo gelato either separate or OMG together amazing!!!!! They now have Crepes not sure if they did all this time but they do now and you have to have 1.

The food is mid and expensive. The furniture is old. The freezer sounds like it’s dying. If the food was amazing then I think the run-down dive vibe would work, but it’s not. Come here if everything else is closed?

No WIFI.

Im going to go on ahead and rate this place now, I rated the other La Feince when it used to be on Greenwich Ave! I still will nvr recover from the heartbreak of losing that one. But this one SUCKS!! everyone always likes to fix things that aren’t broken. SO I guess this Gelato shop wants to be like all the other fancy Gelato shops, with their gross toppings and all that crap mixed in in the icecream. It’s really unfortunate, like prices already went up, cups already got smaller, which i think people can live with. Now the quality of the gelato has now been lower3d as well. You have to pick a struggle, you cant have all THREE! Not to mention the girl who works there during the day, is super skimpy on the portions. And she’s the only one. Like she wants to save it all to take home at the end of the day…. anyways. They’ve seen the last of our business.
