5 star all around! Sunday lunch was busy but well worth the wait. The street tacos plate is plentiful, try them with Carne Asada or Fajitas “Pete’s Style”.

We were in SA for a Christian Worship concert. It was our first time eating here with some friends that highly recommended Pete’s Tako House. They did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and the service was great as well. I had the Chile Relleno plate and a soft taco. SO GOOD!!

We got the steak and eggs, menudo as well as quite a few tacos (not pictured) everything about the steak and eggs were so well seasoned and perfectly cooked! Very impressive! Order that and you won’t regret it! The other dishes were also really good but we loved the steak and eggs most!

It was alright. Breakfast tacos may be my favorite food, and these were okay. It’s not that anything was wrong. They just weren’t spectacular. The tortillas were good, everything was well cooked, and they were fine. They just weren’t five-star amazing. The real 5-star component was the service.

Update: Went back this weekend. The food does not diappoint. Prices are phenomenal! Thank you, Pete’s Tako, for another amazing experience! This place is amazing. I am visiting San Antonio for three days. I have been to Pete’s twice , and I plan on going there in the morning, too. Breakfast is wonderful! The staff must be appreciated and well taken care of by the owner because they are always super happy and look forward to serving you. Came in on New Years Eve, and everyone is wishing you a Happy New Year! Can’t say enough about this place! It is a must visit anytime you’re in San Antonio!

Delicious food and super affordable! The tortillas were delicious on their own too, we kept eating them even after finishing our meal.

We are tourists and walked around San Antonio all night looking for authentic tacos. We ate at Casa Rio and was severely disappointed. Walked all the way out here today from downtown and was BLOWN AWAY. We just ordered a bunch of single tacos, all priced between $2-$5. They’re huge. I was satisfied with one! There’s no frills, I asked for pickled jalapeños and salsa on the side. But delicious. I will be dreaming about the homemade flour tortillas for years. The bill was CHEAP for what we got. Thank you Pete’s!!

The sampler appetizer plate was delicious. Really good chicken quesadilla pieces on there. Giant empanadas also. I know i wont make any SATX friends, but while there was nothing wrong with their puffy tacos, i didnt like the fried tortillas. Took the pastor and asada out and wrapped it in a regular shell. The pastor was pretty good. Good prices, liked the online que system. We checked in and had a beer at the unturned brewery next door while we waited.
