Great place to eat a delicious meal and socialize. It was busy but we were seated right away without reservations. Plenty of time to search the endless menu of mouthwatering choices but they made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Food arrived not long after ordering with large portions of tasty morsels. The California Burger did not let me down and the Prime Rib dip completely satisfied my brother. The fries were good but should have gone with the garlic ones. We will definitely be back, thanks Petes!

New Years Eve, 2025. Wife and I ordered Pete’s for our New Years Eve dinner. It was a picked up order. Once at restaurant, atmosphere inside was quiet, not many people inside. So I felt I didn’t have to check what was in the bag to ensure order was correct. The hostess I felt did not understand English very well as she seemed confused as to what I was saying. I said to her, “I am here to pick up an order.” Her reply was, “how many?” And began to grab utensils and menus to lead me to a table. I said “no I’m here to pick up an online order.” She says “ok” like I had made her upset. So this is where I believe care was not taken on the restaurants part to ensure my order was correct as it seems when I’m trying to make sure they understand what I am saying with happy demeanor, I get crappy customer service, and my order is incorrect. Once she comes back with my order from the back, long enough time to ensure it’s correct I thought, she hands it to me and says “bye”. I of course say “thank you so much” as it’s New Year’s Eve and trying to have a good night. When I get home, the order is way off. My burger was overdone when I asked for medium rare. My wife’s burger was also drowning in BBQ sauce when it was supposed to have the Brewhouse sauce. It was on my mushroom burger which never has brewhouse sauce on it. The calamari did not have the slaw and veggies as it normally comes with nor the sauce it’s supposed to come with. We did not get our sauces we had asked for in addition to what we had requested. Definitely ruined our night for sure. Their offer was for us to come back to Pete’s to pick up the sauces but by that time our food would be cold. We spent almost $70 dollars to have good food, but we could have paid half and had our order correct and went to a local Mexican restaurant, and been better satisfied with quality and customer service.

For future, I will be avoiding this place like the plague. Even when I dine in, my order is incorrect and I’m waiting for my drink to come out like they don’t do free refills on sodas.

In conclusion, Happy New Years 2026!! Hope everyone else had better experience than I did!!

First time eating at Pete’s.. Last time as well.
Both of us had shared a Southwest chicken wrap (tasted great) and a buffalo chicken salad, with blue cheese dressing. Both of us ended up with sick stomachs, very I’ll after eating there. We both ordered water, nothing tasted “bad”.. no more Pete’s.. not worth it.

It was very busy tonight. We were seated immediately, our server was spot on with her timing. We ordered the house lasagna and the prime rib dip. Both were amazing and delicious! The price for everything was under $50. We were offered dessert but were full half way through our meal. I should have gotten the carrot cake to go. Oh, well, next time! No rush, no fuss. We enjoyed our dinner tonight. Thank you for a great evening and awesome service!

Pete’s makes the best gluten free pizza in Redding. I swear it’s true. For all you folks that can’t enjoy a pizza with traditional flour crust, you have to give Pete’s pizza a try. My sweet wife and I like to top ours with pepperoni, black olives, and mushrooms. It’s delicious.

Pete’s is a great place to hangout, chill and relax with amazing food and great beer. The pizza was loaded and delicious, so were the drinks. The service was top notch as well, the waitstaff was prompt and attentive evn though we were near the closing time. Ambience is good and the place is spacious with generous parking availability.

A wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The cocktails were awesome, the food was delicious, and Chloe was an exceptional server. We will definitely be back to try the other yummy looking items.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. This place seems to promote a “high end experience”, but the only thing high end about it is the pricing. I was really looking forward to coming here as it looked like a nice atmosphere and the food looked decent as well. I ordered a sandwich which ended up costing over $20, it came with fries which I assumed would be an equalizer but it hardly qualified as a serving. You can go to other places in town and get a sandwich twice as big for half the price, and it’ll taste better and take less time to make. It didn’t seem like a particularly busy evening but the kitchen was incredibly slow. I understand if they were backed up, nbd, but our waitress never came by to check on us or let us know that the food was going to take a while. Once we ordered she avoided us like the plague until our food was ready nearly an hour later. I would understand if it was a busy Friday night, but that wasn’t the case. And again, i’d be understanding if they’d at least come over and say hey it’s going to be a bit of a delay because of xyz i apologize, at least then i’d have a timeline or an understanding that i was going to be waiting. The overall environment and experience was just odd. Our dinner cost quite a bit of money for food that wasn’t all that great. You could spend less on the same somewhere else, or the same on something much better, either way the food quality just wasn’t worth the price. Our service wasn’t very good, the wait time was significantly long, and the hostess and waitress were just very unfriendly. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but I would really recommend avoiding this place and just going somewhere else entirely. I certainly won’t be going back.

We were traveling from out of town with our dogs and came across this place that specifically mentioned being dog-friendly on Google. However, from the moment we arrived, we never felt that the dogs were actually welcome. The entire atmosphere seemed strange and off. The entire place seemed put off by a couple of 10 lb schnauzers. We decided to move our dogs to the car because they couldn’t get up on the already torn-up booths, and they did bark once. I understand that our dogs weren’t the best behaved, but this off brand TJI Fridays shouldn’t be glorified as dog-friendly. Pete’s is one of my favorite places to go on my lunch break. First off, being met, greeted, and seated by Anna is a pleasure. She’s sweet, informative and positive. Noah was my waiter and what a guy he is. Very quick and responsive to questions, orders and requests. He even led the charge for a birthday song for a customer. You can’t go wrong with anyone in this place, truly every single person in the restaurant is a pleasure.
