Food Great–Just found the place by accident and it’s great for the food. Reminds me of the Old Louisville Italian homemade places. From the outside, it looks not so good, inside is an old bar with booths, clearly nothing fancy, but the spaghetti , sauce, sausage plus the ravioli we ordered were outstanding, good portions. Yes, it’s homemade, not a fancy place, but go for the food. Staff is real friendly, too. Our first time and we will be back soon. Reasonably priced. If you are a chain type person, it’s not a fancy place with washed out sweet sauces–it’s the good, old fashion Italian with homemade noodles. Yum. Visited Jan 2013.

Best homemade noodles and sauce. Meatballs and sausage are great addition to their spaghetti! The prime rib dinner is good too. Their breakfast on the weekends is one of the best around! We love this place. It is definitely a dive, but the staff is super friendly and the food is great!

Loved this place! Best noodles and sauce! Our server was top notch. If you are somebody that judges a book by its cover and eats from a silver spoon from someone’s A$$, probably not the place for you.
Place is a little older, but the people are nice, spaghetti is delicious, drinks are at a great price. Classic place that has a hometown feel!

All of their food is homemade, and their noodles ROCK! They have family to go meals that make a great take home for when your busy.
Their portions are pretty big here, almost never finish it all. The family and I got about once a month or so, and haven’t gotten anything we didn’t like. This is what I call down home Italian food, in a bar atmosphere. It is very family friendly though, we and many others take their kids here.
Only thing I tried that I probably wouldn’t have again was their NY style pizza, wasn’t bad but wasn’t that think crispy crust I was looking for.
Overall this is a great little place, a must try.

I order the family meal that feeds four to six. I had it years ago and remembered how delicious it was. spaghetti meatballs sausage garlic bread and a salad. I drove 20 minutes to get there, 20 minutes to get home. I get home to start serving my kids and there is white thin Animal hair throughout the entire pile of pasta. It looks like it’s embedded in the meatballs. Absolutely disgusting I will never order anything again from that establishment. I know have to drive 20 minutes back just to take back to food and get my money back and still figure out what to feed my kids. I wish I could give zero Stars

It reminds me of a neighborhood bar in Philly or Chicago. The food is decent, the Italian food is good. Old school bar front with booths behind it. Larger back room with additional seating. Lots of locals, has an old school family bar feel to it. I recommend the ravioli plate. It’s huge and good.

Went for drinks only with a buddy. Very casual and laid back with a small town/local feel. The staff was polite and the drinks were good and well priced. Not so empty that it felt awkward, but just right so you didn’t have to yell to talk.

UGH!! Thin pizza was SALTY, crunchy, and gross. The thick crust pizza was worse. The sauce is . . . odd flavored. It tasted like they got cheap microwavable pizza and then overcooked it. I would have been much better off with a Kroger brand rise and bake freezer pizza. My entire family disliked this. We threw most of it away. I will NEVER eat here again. Unless it’s the apocalypse and this over preserved pizza is all that remains for sustenance.

I ordered the chicken tenders because I was in the mood for some chicken. They said they only had nuggets, so I told them alright. When the food came out, some of the nuggets were not chicken at all, but were more like deep fried bits and pieces of potato. Little poppers, nit at all what I actually ordered.
When I told the waiter about it, instead of making a correction or discounting the meal, he just said “Oh” and pretended there was no real problem.
If I pay for something that is on the menu, it would be a good idea to actually give me what I pay for.
