First time visiting, went for the lunch buffet; arriving at around 11am. To our surprise, the lunch buffet had already been basically demolished by some “blue collar” workers, which did not give a great first impression – especially at 11am…
However, after about 15 or 20 minutes, the buffet was restocked very well. Decent variety of pizzas available, was disappointed to see there was absolutely no choice of pasta available. The salad bar had limited offerings.
I was disappointed when I requested a certain pizza, and it wasn’t honored – nor was a to-go drink when I asked.
Wait service was great, and very friendly. I paid $14.82, which seems competitive for other buffets in the area.

We got a 12″ deluxe pizza and a cheese pizza kids meal. We wanted breadsticks with cheese but they said they were out of breadsticks, which was odd. The food was delicious, we loved it all and our kids ate every bite which almost never happens. Service was slow because it seemed there was only one person working as a server and one cooking. I would eat there again anyway.

Great food, comfortable atmosphere and great service. Becca was attentive and so polite, making our dinner even more enjoyable. Also, the Hawaiian BBQ pizza is fabulous!

This was our first time eating at Pete’s. It was just had a warm, cozy feel to it. Country decor and music playing (just a bit too loud for me) and friendly people. Including the other customers! LOL. The food was delicious too! We’ll definitely be going back!

Ive been here twice while visiting my mom who lives just outside of Ravenswood. The food is fantastic. The decor is cool with a lot of older collectables throughout. It also has a small gift area with some local items. Staff has always been nice and pleasant. Beers are inexpensive. Definitely get your money’s worth of food! Meat pizzas are great and loaded! Chocolate cake with peanut butter icing was no match for mom….and she’s a baker with nothing bad to say about it!
There is also outside seating for when the temps warm up.
It’s kinda out of the way so if your not looking for it you won’t find it…..but it’s well worth the ride down the road past the Indian motorcycle store and on the same side.

I was blown away by this place! Decided to check them out as they had both burgers and pizza. I was surprised from the moment I walked in the door. It’s very nice inside. They have glass bottle beverage options, a cooler with quick dessert choices, and candies and gifts in the little store area. The pizza was a decent pizza, the burgers aren’t fresh beef but they were cooked and dressed well, the chicken nuggets were yummy, the fries were good and I was happy with how they seasoned them. The ranch is worth mentioning to try. Everything was reasonably priced. The staff were amazing! Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Pete’s doesn’t get enough recognition. From the prices, food (and there’s a lot more than just pizza), the service, the owners, and the general vibe… 100 stars all around. You can’t go wrong. Definitely make Pete’s Pizza a regular stop!

Great local place with a friendly staff, cool atmosphere, and good food. They have 99 cents wings on Thursdays. Most importantly, I asked for my wings mega crispy dead burnt and the cook cooked them to order and they were great! Most places, even those with “wing” in the name of their restaurant, won’t cook my wings long enough to make them as crispy as I like them so kudos to Pete’s cook! I can’t wait to go back to Pete’s again the next time I’m in town.

I love it! It has a comfortable rest room, a neat little country store that took me back to my childhood, great service, and the food was excellent!
We showed up on Thursday for wing night. .75 wings. I had the hot wings and I loved them from the Crispy skin to the perfect sauce. My daughter got the 8″ pepperoni pizza and crinkle fries. She is picky and was happy. My wife got the spaghetti and meatballs. It was baked with a healthy covering of cheese and she was pleased.
Be advised that there are diced onions and green peppers on the side salad, which is a very nice size. She missed that they were going to be on the salad, so that is on us. Our server did not hesitate to offer a replacement, but we declined.
The lettuce and toppings were finely chopped, which would make for a tasty salad.
