I’ve been a regular customer since I moved to Delaware, ordering from this place every week with my pregnant wife. Today I ordered a cheesesteak and a Pepsi Zero, and they sent me an expired soda — again. This has happened before, so I checked the date right away when the food arrived.
When I called to let them know, the manager apologized but said I still had to pay for the expired soda because it was a cash-on-delivery order. That makes no sense — why should I pay for something they shouldn’t have sent in the first place? She kept repeating that I had to pay for it, and wouldn’t make it right until I told her to cancel the whole order.
As someone who’s supported this restaurant week after week, I expected basic respect and responsibility. Sadly, I won’t be ordering again.

Pete’s Pizza the owner has nasty attitude. Today I ordered food through the website. I called to see if the food was ready since I was sending someone else to pick it up. The owner immediately got smart stating i didnt place an order from them the website is down it must have been ordered through DoorDash; I tried giving him the receipt number he wasn’t having it. I went to the store sick and all to show him my receipt, and pick up my food. He stated everyone that calls get ignorant with him so he decided to be rude first. I told him he should’ve given me the chance to explain so he could help me further.

I ordered 6 wings and every wing had feathers on it! I called and asked was that protocol and I was told no. I returned to the store with the wings to show the manager and the only thing he did was give me a refund that I NEVER ASKED for! I worked 10hrs and just needed something to eat now I have to find something else! I will not be returning because I don’t know if the food is being held properly.

Spoke with a manager who said the phones were busy- actually outsourced.
Manager said the food was out for delivery.
Waited until 7:45 pm Called Slice- no delivery
Ordered from another establishment.

Went back to Petes.
Attempted to cancel my order.
Manager- there is nothing I can do. Call slice. Spoke with very COMPETENT Slice Customer Service Staff- assured me this was on Pete’s.
They have had complaints and contact the establishment.
Approximately 8:00 pm receive a text order is outside.
8:20 get back home.
Pizza box and salad on the porch.
Pizza was cold and not appetizing or edible.
This is an abomination, poor customer care, and lack of regard of ethical accountability!!!!

THIEVES WORK HERE! A few days after using my credit card to order a pizza (which they messed up by shorting me my second topping which they CHARGED ME FOR) several unauthorized charges (Ubers- i don’t take Ubers) started popping up on my credit card. I don’t use this credit card often at all & this was FIRST time using it over the phone to purchase food. I had to report the charges and order a new card. Even if your food was great (it isn’t) I will never support this business again because they STOLE from me (surely the woman that answered the phone & took my info). Don’t USE YOUR CARD HERE!

Saturday pass, ordered pizza, wings and a Pepsi. Asked for order to be handed to me. Order was left on the step…not even a door bell ring. Food was cold and overcooked. Called the store, let them know , was promised a call back … pd. $41.00 plus an additional $13.00 plus in fees for for food not eaten and poorly delivered . $55.00 total for what???

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten in my life I will never order from this place again all the sausage fell off my pizza and it was cold when I received it I waited an hour and 20 minutes for pizza that’s ridiculous I highly recommend not using this place

They were doing pretty ok, until I ordered WHITE PIZZA which has no sauce. When I got to my pizza it was a regular pizza with plenty of sauce. I couldn’t even eat it because of my acid reflux, hence why I ordered white pizza… I will be checking my order immediately once I receive it or shopping somewhere else.
