So I don’t know if I have to specifically order my fries with salt but unfortunately that’s something you have to do. Aside from that they at least got the “no tomato sauce” right… but I ordered 2 MEAT LOVERS PIZZAS… I guess you don’t get toppings on a white pizza… update! Was supposed to revive a call from management on how to fix the pizza issue… that never happened.

I ordered a Grilled Chicken Cesar salad and it came without lettuce I called them and they sent me out another one the same exact way. This time it was rushed completely. And when I called back for the third time they said we are going to just send the lettuce. Very rude and very unprofessional. 0 stars !!!! No care for me and I am a loyal customer. Go to pizza store in the neighborhood! However, they will STEAL your money. I placed an order **(buffalo wings WELL DONE)*** and it was clearly rushed. I called the store back to have the issue corrected. Call center said that a new order would be out shortly and to give the driver the old order. I waited for hours and called back the call center said a manger would call me which he never did. Money was supposed to be refunded and never was. Again, go to pizza store I’ve continued to order mistakes happen; right? Well I order lastnight and missed the driver call **(NOT TO MENTION A DEBIT TRANSACTION)** , only to call today to replace the order I was charged for. Call center placed me on hold and hung up called back and received a different person. Playing with people hard earned money isn’t okay. Lack of customer service NOT OKAY. DISGUSTING attitudes when I went to the store to speak to someone NOT OKAY.

HORRIBLE!!!! I don’t understand how hard is to prepare basic food, this was my 3rd and final order from them with fries and each time the fries are soggy! But what really did it for me was this nasty soup like Mega Fries, let me start with that I have culinary background and canned cheese sauce is NOT Cheddar but the fact that you guys added an abundant amount of this horribly flavored substitute is CRAZY SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE YOUR TAKING MONEY OF THE MOSTLY BLACK COMMUNITY

I have ordered from here multiple times but the last two times I have ordered from here, including today have been horrible. They have me the wrong drinks 3 separate times in the past and today, along with another recent order, they have delivered my food 30 to almost one hour late and IT WAS COLD. They refused to give me a refund for both orders and were very rude. Never ordering from this location again.
