I ordered my food at 6:14 I ordered a small cheese pizza , wings, fries , cheesesteak and a 2 liter soda. I didn’t get my order until 8:38 . Once I got my food it was freezing cold . I accepted it because me, my 7 year old son and 13 year old brother was hungry. We sucked it up and kept it. Then as I’m eating my cheesesteak I bite into something hard not meat not sure what it was I called back and immediately asked for a refund for everything cause I’m just irritated at that point ! And of course no refund

2. Called the store- AN ANSWERING SERVICE RESPONDED!! They couldn’t help; just asked to share my questions with the manager. It was a Monday night- not busy. Manager never called me (I waited almost 20 mins).

Who is running this place?!! I used to have only good things to say about this place. Now it’s horrible! Food was burn’t ordered thru Uber Eats so it’s a loss… lesson learned. No auch thing as food with integrity. Thinking the least we can get is good food at this expensive price. So disappointing!

Ordered tru Slice on Super bowl Sunday, I was patient, after 90 min I called, they would not answer the phone so I contacted SLICE they could not get thru also, finally after 2hrs my order arrived. The driver spoke a little English, but he did state there was only 2 drivers on duty (the busiest day of the year) My order was a jumbo pizza cheesteak an fries when I got upstairs I had a cold plain pizza an cold fries. Pete’s would not answer their phone, finally after over 10 calls they said a mgr. would call me back, that has not happened I have ordered from this 60th st location for many years with no problems, I know all the drivers, this gentleman was new an seemed overwhelmed he was driving a red van. Tha fault lies wit the Cooks because the slip on the pizza box says PIZZA STEAK. I was not compensated, issued a refund nor a credit. I am now a former customer

I just bought a cheese steak from petes
Either they have new people in there or new owner’s.Because this cheesesteak was the worst cheesesteak.I ever tasted from petes and the bread was terrible.It’s all wrinkled and dark brown. I don’t think the same owners are in there that used to be in there.I haven’t ordered a cheese steak from petes in a while but I do know they always had good cheese steaks.This was the worst.I mean, the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever tasted.The bread was chewy dark Brown.The cheese steak itself taste bad. I’m not gonna go back there.

I recently moved into the neighborhood and have had to order food until I learn my new environment so I ordered a Salad from Pete’s and it nearly took 2 hrs I live only 2 minutes away. Never again! The lady on the phone was not even pleasant. The delivery Service not Great at all!

The food be really good , they just be super slow I don’t know if they need more workers or what be going on in there it’s not all the time , but some days it’s a hit or miss when you go to pick up your food you will be waiting a while, and I only ever get a 8 inch pizza or a cheese steak

Don’t order from this place. The pizza is good but the service isn’t and not to mention the employee’s and delivery personnels steals your food. The last 2 times I have ordered from this location I never received my food. The first time directly from Pete’s and the second time through Uber Eats and both times they claimed my food was delivered and I never received my food

Friday October 3 I ordered garlic parmesan wings for lunch I was glad I was there to witness the young lady take my wings right out the fryer and put in the pan with draining the grease of it was so disgusting I will never eat from there ever again. The with the sauce and backed up grease it looked like wing soup. Who ever the young lady that worked day shift Friday October 3 2025 you can think her for the business you’ll never see from me again
