I ordered catering last minute for Thanksgiving… they went above and beyond…. everything was properly prepped up to make things easier.. the food was exceptional… the service and staff super helpful and polite.. Definitely recommend this spot if your having a future even and need catering… we ordered alot and I have to say my favorite dish was their sliced filet mignon… so tender and delicious also their baby lamb chops. Seasoned perfectly and cooked perfectly…. everything was great too.. but those two are a must… Thank you again Pete’s Meats for making our Thanksgiving that much more special…

Unfortunately we only received 4 Oz of Aged Prime Skirt Steak instead of the advertised 8 Oz of Skirt Steak for $23.99. After receiving our order from DoorDash the portion looked a bit small for 8 Oz so I weighed it on our food scale and it came up a little over 4 Oz. The food was really good so it sucks that I have to give 3 stars as well as not getting more of the delicious skirt steak. The side of roasted red bliss potatoes was also good. I will give them another chance in the future.

Friendly and attentive staff. The grab and go items are a must. The smoked Pastrami sandwich or what they call their Mile High Pastrami; and Rack of Ribs is a must for the smoked BBQ lover and good to the last bite. Try the house made sausages and beef jerky.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR MAC AND CHEESE.
I ordered a tray of “baked” mac and cheese and specifically asked on three separate occasions whether it was baked with the breadcrumbs on top. Each time, I was assured that it was.
When I arrived to pick it up, it was clear that it had not been baked with breadcrumbs at all, they were put on the side. The noodles also lacked any baked cheese layer on top and honestly looked like plain noodles. This was not traditional baked mac and cheese by any definition. It was extremely plain, lacking seasoning, cheese, and any baked appearance—the kind of mac and cheese people make fun of online.
When I brought this up to the host and chef, they took no accountability. They blamed it on us arriving late, but then acknowledged that they would not have baked it with the breadcrumbs regardless, which directly contradicted what we had been told multiple times.
We were bringing this dish to a Friendsgiving, and I’m honestly embarrassed to even present it. To make matters worse, the staff was rude on our way out. You would think that after a customer raises concerns about food quality, there would be some effort to be kind or accommodating but that was not the case at all.
Very disappointing experience overall.

Wife found this spot from a post on social media. Absolutely phenomenal! Only thing missing was seating cause we would come for dinner and lunch. Came down to see what it was all about and try a pastrami sandwich. Person behind counter talked us into splitting a Cuban. I am not the biggest fan of Cuban sandwiches but my wife is. Well my opinion changed. Awesome flavor, all the meat was tender, pickles crunchy, dressing full of flavor, top 10 in sandwiches I have had. Ofcourse we walked out with a bunch of other appetizing treats for our family to try. True test will be their pulled pork next time. I believe everything is cooked on premise which is most likely why it is so good. Great fresh meat, pork and pre-made selection too.

Had a craving for pastrami tonight. The place I usually Goto was closed tonight. I saw that this place had a pastrami egg roll. I said I have to try. Little bit of macaroni & cheese always goes well with everything.ordered a pastrami breakfast sandwich. VERY GOOD… had some kind of pistachio ice cream dessert,was awesome. Recommend highly to stop here….

I rarely review food places. Because mostly they’re not that good. And unless they completely suck, I wouldn’t talk trash. So, that said, I felt I must write about this place. I can rarely squeeze out the words awesome or killin’ about a restaurant or other food vendor. I cook myself on a pretty high level and just know too much. This place is beyond awesome. I stumbled upon it by sheer chance (no coincidences in life, right?). Stopped on a morning to get food for a trip to Philly. I only had one sandwich, El Cubano, but it really showed what this establishment stands for. It was obviously freshly made on premises – the roast was so fresh and it dripped juice. I think the ham was made there as well. The quality of other ingredients were tasting of highest quality. The flavors and textures were so distinct and vivid with each bite. The crunch of pickles, the actual contrast between the specific textures and flavor profiles of ham and roast and the blanket of cheese that wasn’t overwhelming but just right created an exquisite sandwich with perfect balanced in every bite. It wasn’t absolutely authentic as it did not have that toasted garlic butter flavor on the inside but that doesn’t matter. Still amazing. Also, the chips are freshly made on the spot and are very tasty and they keep their crunch for a long time. Bravo! The rest of the shop’s products seemed insanely fresh and high level. They have incredible quality meats, including venison, wild boar, etc. very niche and speciality sausages and the list goes on. A lot of the food there seems like it is Italian-leaning and judging fine the sandwich I had they’re Italian dishes must be amazing too. They’re not cheap. They’re actually expensive but that $17 El Cubano is that rare occurrence where I’d say it was worth every penny. I’ll be back to check out their raw meats and other things they have to offer.

I wound up ordering the ribs and an order of a french fries, and was absolutely blown away. The ribs were super flavorful and came right off the bone and french fries were super fresh as well. Young lady at counter was suet-friendly. Will be back!
