This place has gone down hill in the past couple months. Nobody in there and took almost 30 minutes to make the wrong sandwich. Got a gourmet wrap with provolone…except there was no provolone on my sandwich, yet I was charged for it. Couldn’t get the correct side salad without asking 3 times. Almost $16 for the wrong order and 30 minute wait.

My father came in this evening around 5:00pm. He purchased a sandwich & a slice of apple pie. Although he loved his sandwich, when he went to have a cup of coffee & his apple pie he was so excited about, he opened the container to find the top of the pie crust to have green mold spread across it. This is absolutely unacceptable for an establishment as well known in the area as yours. Attached below is the picture taken of this pie not 5 minutes after the container was opened. We are a family who have been coming to your deli for decades, being my parents were raised here in Farmingdale just as I was, & we are completely disappointed with what we received tonight. I can only hope you learn from this & never sell a molded anything to another customer as long as you remain open.

Used to looove this place, when it was actually Italian. I went to this place 2 weeks ago and was completely disappointed. The staff is very slow and the prices have sky rocketed. Shameful what happened to this place. Don’t recommend.

I have been going there for years! I have gone there in early morning and evening. The staff has always been helpful and very accommodating when it came to near closing. Also they have the best variety of hot and cold foods, tempting cookies, muffins, and candy!❤ Their mornings are very busy and and so are the lunch hours! The customers appear to know the workers, and also some customers appear to be known by them. Also recently they just renovated their eating area! It was a big improvement! And it looks great!

Food is good but the rude blonde behind the counter doesn’t wear a mask and has her long blonde hair flowing all over the place, its not properly clipped, should have a hair net. I found her hair in my salad. Will never go back.
