In the food truck garden, delicious crab legs! They do get a bit busy over there. We all got buzzers to wait for our food. It was also a bit pricey, but it is crab legs. The crab legs were on the small side. I ordered boiled eggs and sausage with it. It was delicious and plenty of food. Buttery, Cajun spice… I wish I had some more right now!

Noticed this new addition to one of my favorite food truck parks and I’m glad I tried it out.
I’m a pretty frugal guy, but I decided to splurge a little and go with Pete’s. Got a 20 shrimp plate with regular Cajun seasoning. All the plates come with 3 sides. Do NOT underestimate the “sides.” Sausage? Two entire full sized sausages! Ton of potatoes. Corn was great. Flavor was good and food was cooked very well, unlike some places that come out overcooked or obviously frozen.
I paid a decent price, completely expected of a seafood boil, but I got handed like 3 pounds of food. LOL I’m more than satisfied and I would go here again and again.

Service was speedy and the food was cooked right. The dirty tables at the food truck picnic area, the fans didn’t run. Also no kind of dippng sauce.
Most real Cajun Boil places in Louisiana have their special dipping sauces here just a ton of melted butter in the bottom of your tray made everything drippy.

Hands down the best meal I’ve experienced in my entire life. I’m still tasting the flavors of my lunch 3 hours later. This is definitely a crave that I will frequent. My only wish is that I could pack this food truck up with me and pack it everywhere I go.

Man. I have been looking for that on-point seafood boil in this area for some time, and this place is IT. Single crab platter? They got it and it’s FIRE. I came in by myself for lunch, saw Pete’s, and went “hmm…I wonder if I could eat crab legs outside on Tuesday afternoon?” The answer is a qualified YES. The plate was well laid out, well packaged, and the spicy butter sauce is the stuff dreams are made of. Potatoes, mushrooms, and sausage were spot on. Only thing I wished for was more napkins and perhaps a tool to crack the crab, but it was so well cooked I barely needed it anyway. 27 stars.

The food truck park is nice and there is a lot of diversity with the food options so I decided to try something from most of the trucks. I was very dissatisfied with the shrimp plate which had no seafood boil flavor. It simply tasted like boiled shrimps with tajin speinkled, it was not pleasant and we could not eat it.
