We order from here at LEAST once every two weeks. Pretty much always the ribs and salad. We have been doing this for years. Food is great, but you would think after being a very regular customer, that the service would be better. For example- say hello by name when you realize it’s the SAME couple making their regular order to the same house. Maybe offer a free dessert or soda? I am big on customer service and although the ribs are great, the service needs to be more friendly.

This place is honestly terrible. It’s Costco food but sold at 5 times what it’s worth, and less quality than homemade food. Literally can make the exact same things for a fraction of the price. Wasn’t a fan of spending the money for the quality of food it was. Spent over 70$ for a family of 5, just to be fed garbage.

Such fast service! They may tell you in the phone it will be an hour for delivery but I have never had them take longer than 25 minutes. Food is delicious! Eagle River burger is the way to go (no mushrooms for me though)!

We went through the back and apparently entered the bar side. So there’s a bar and a restaurant, but if you go to the bar they can get you food anyway. Food was amazing, waitress said to try the Chinese food next time. We had the burgers today. Played pool. Really good atmosphere.

This place is the worst. They’ve certainly gone down hill. The only things that weren’t bad were the fries but how do you screw those up. 0/10. Horrible food, don’t waste your time or money!!! I wouldn’t even leave 1 star should just be 0. Pizza man is much better if your looking for a place in Eagle River.

Order ahead, close your eyes and pick up your food. It looks dirty and run down but awesome burgers, fries and their ranch is my absolute favorite. I could eat it by the spoonful. I’ve enjoyed all of the items I’ve ordered from here. Ordered multiple times.

We’ve lived in Eagle River for 2 years now and have tried just about every restaurant in town. Pete’s BBQ has become one of our absolute favorites. I have tried almost all of their burgers and haven’t found one I didn’t like. The fries are always hot and crispy. The oriental express menu is also really good with generous portions. The delivery time is always reasonable and the food is always hot when it gets to the house (I swear they must pull it from the kitchen and run to their car).
