My boyfriend and I went yesterday and I cannot believe how amazing the food was. We had calamari, mozzarella and tomato, chicken Ala Peter, and the steak sandwich. Exceptional!! We’re sorry we skipped dessert because I’m sure that would have been just as delicious. The service was also wonderful. Very attentive and nice conversation! Cannot wait to go back again!

I have no idea how this place has 4.7 Stars. I went tonight for dinner and got the surf and turf which was right at 100 dollars. A little pricey but not exorbitant if the food is good. I was seated right away and ordered a coke, which took about 5 minutes to get to me. After waiting about 10 minutes they brought a small basket of bread, one slice of a baguette that was burned and two rolls covered like an everything bagel. They also brought out butter which was stone cold. This might sound nitpicky but when you’re at an upscale restaurant paying $100 a plate you expect better. The food took a while to come out but that’s okay because a decent fillet does take time. When it did come out it was solidly mediocre. The steak wasn’t bad but it was overdone on the edges with a lot of gray band. The lobster was over done as well, and you can see on the shell where it was broiled heavily. But the thing that really got me was the loaded baked potato that I got as a side… They literally brought out a plain baked potato with a small ramekin of sour cream. None of the standard loaded baked potato ingredients like cheese and butter and bacon bits. The waiter came over and I asked about it, if that’s truly what they considered a loaded baked potato, and he said no, do you want cheese? Naturally I said yes… In 10 minutes later they came back with a baked potato and American cheese slices or Velveeta melted onto it. I honestly thought I was being punked. I didn’t eat it and they took it off the bill. I know it sounds wild so I added pictures for proof. This place was definitely not worth the money, and I think you have much better choices for steak in the area.

My husband and my favorite date night restaurant. We’ve been here multiple times for lunch and dinner since we don’t live too far and we love it every time. The food is always delicious esp the steak and they have my favorite salad that I order every time I come. The staff makes you feel like family and service has been great all of the times I’ve gone. Thank you guys! Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing staff, amazing food and great atmosphere. I got the 20oz steak, and it was made to perfection… exactly what I was looking for on that day. My guy Andrew was very charismatic, and personal. We spoke sports, passions and great assist with the choice of drinks.
The owners were also very cool. Definitely going to be back. (I asked for permission to record the videos)

My grandfather and Uncle for decades ran a premiere restaurant meat supplier in Southern California. I grew up with premium steaks for most meals. In recent years it is been almost impossible to get the quality of steaks at a restaurant that I remember eating when younger. Very depressing.
However, at an unlikely setting and source, Peter’s, my dinner companion and I were blown away by the porterhouse that we shared. The thickness was ideal, tenderness, sweetness, and temperature were perfect. Simply an outstanding steak. One of the best steaks in memory. Maybe it was a fluke, but it’s worth a try for anybody to have that kind of steak. Sides were fine but not the feature. We had sauteed mushrooms, spinach, and steamed broccoli. Service was also kind, attentive, and professional.
Hoping that Peter’s does this for every meal, because this is the new spot for us.

A much needed staple in the great neighborhood of Eastchester. A phenomenal steakhouse from top to bottom. The food was incredible. The calamari, steak, and Mac and cheese blew me away. Steak cooked to perfection, calamari tender and flavorful, and the Mac and cheese had a fantastic crust and fantastic taste.
The service, 10/10. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome. I am so delighted that this establishment is in the neighborhood and I cannot wait to return with friends and family.

Unfortunatley I only took a picture of dessert The porterhouse steak was delicious. Flavorful and tender. Sides were good. I have a pet peeve about trying to get someone to give us the check at the end of a meal. This time took especially long. Otherwise, staff was great, atmosphere beautiful, and food delicious. Will go back.

My wife and went last night with a 6PM resi. We were the 1st patrons, treated and seated graciously.
A basket of excellent warm bread and rolls and well made drinks were presented followed by a very good wedge salad, chopped in the kitchen as suggested for sharing. Service was attentive including a visit by the owner, the first of several.
I ordered filet mediium, and creamed spinach. My wife had shrimp parm.
Here is where the problem began. The spinach was of perfect texture but so salty I could not eat it. It was promptly removed and replaced with sautéed spinach, way too much garlic, so I left it. The filet was perfectly cooked,
but so oversalted it severely impaired my enjoyment. My wife’s dish, served with gluten free penne, without a surcharge….a rarity these days, was OK. (Someone’s Italian grandma might give a few tips on the red sauce, lol) Coffee and Key Lime pie wer fine.
Here’s the issue. It’s a lovely place with fine service, but a chef with such a heavy hand on salt and spices is never a good thing.

Fantastic local steakhouse with quality on par with top spots in NYC. The porterhouse was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and tender. Oysters were fresh and clean. Excellent service—attentive without being intrusive. Atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable. A well-dressed gentleman, likely Peter himself, checked in on us multiple times, adding a nice personal touch. Prices match the quality, and it’s well worth it.
