This is an old school grill. Smoke in the air from the flat-top and a non stop pace.

I came in and was instantly greeted by the younger of the two men. In a flash he slid me a menu and had my drink order ready.
I ordered the Cheesesteak “with everything” which is lettuce, tomato, fried onions and mayo. This is the way to get it – trust me.
They used sliced ribeye and the younger guy, I believe I heard him called Todd, said they sell 80 or more of them a day. It was 100% on point. They run the whole place from a 36” flattop grill and a two basket fryer. Top Speed.
They tag teamed my meal and I had it fast. OMG it was good.
Always order the fries and say yes to the Old Bay. They were delicious.
The atmosphere here is amusing- stools at the counter and you may be surprised who you find rubbing elbows with you as you encounter the sandwich- it’s all good.
Highly recommended and I would give it 5 stars if I could. Thanks for my meal.

In and out in 15 minutes (sit down quick lunch). How do I know? I used ParkMobile to park in the nearby parking lot. The Steak and Cheese was the best I’ve ever had in a while. Fries were fried in front of you. We just sat down and ordered, not even a few sentences of conversations, the food was ready. Very satisfying lunch!

We hesitated to go in, but boy were we in for an amazing treat! The Philly Cheese Steak was incredible but the conversation with the owner made it a great lunch. This counter style restaurant had us chatting about the area, family, soccer, etc. If you’re in the area, take time to eat in and enjoy all that this restaurant has to offer! You just can’t beat conversation with good people!

Okay so I’ve been here about 3 times now and every time, ITS AMAZING and better than the last! The food is affordable, made right in front of you, the service is amazing. I literally have no other favorite place other than here in Bethesda. What’s even better? THEY SERVE BEER AND WINE!!

We got breakfast burritos for an all staff meeting of about 70 employees. We had a variety of bacon, turkey, sausage and veggie. When placing the order they were extreme helpful. The food was hot and ready on time. I absolutely recommend this place and will order again. It was so delicious!

Kind of a mixed bag in terms of service and atmosphere. I’m not as hyped as the local daytime patrons about this spot, but they served a generous and fairly tasty cheese steak which merits a positive review. It’s a tiny spot, just a row of bar stools that extend and wrap around a counter. There were two guys there, one young guy who was very friendly, polite and gracious, and an older guy that was gruf and a bit tone deaf to the fact that his sarcastic jokes (I think they were jokes) didn’t land as intended with some of the guests.
There are better cheese steaks and better vibes, so I won’t be returning, but I doubt you’ll be disappointed if you grab something to go there.

This is how my omelet came out cheese barely cooked nasty. I expressed my concern manager didn’t care I walked in the cold for nothing. I do not recommend this spot.

I ordered lunch and I couldn’t be more pleased. The food was just so amazing and the atmosphere in the in the place was very comforting. The owner is awesome as well and you can tell they know what they’re doing, If you work in the Bethesda area and need a good lunch, definitely try this place out!
