A nice place to let you play like an mini Arcade. Take your kids or grandkids an have some fun!
The food is simple, pizza, salad and coke. The service is a little underwhelming. Arcade equipment is a little dirty, could use some tender care and loving.

The pizza is awesome it has its own taste. The service was good, very respectful group. Video games are up to date and fun. Price is reasonable
It was busy time the weekends can fill with birthday parties. My wife and I have taken our kids and family, now grown, here for years and will still come for good food and environment.

The place is old and rundown, and the staff act like they’re doing you a favor by acknowledging you. The shift was all young guys who were more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers. The manager lacks basic manners and doesn’t know how to treat people—no “thank you,” no “you’re welcome,” and no willingness to help. Even though the place was nearly empty, the food was cold, and it felt like the wings had been sitting out for hours, drinks were all flat in flavor. The restroom was filthy and not suitable for kids, and the tables were covered with food while the floor was a mess. This place desperately needs maintenance, both in the building and the staff. If the employees don’t like dealing with people, they should find another job. I won’t be stopping here again—I’d rather drive to El Paso for a fresh and friendly experience.

Came here for a birthday party this past weekend. At least 9 of the arcade games I counted were out of commission, the bathrooms were atrocious (disgusting sewage smell, no soap, no paper towels), and the pizzas were undercooked. The last time I came here before this visit it was great. My girls had a blast on all the games and the food was hot and fresh. I really hope they service their games because that’s kind of the point of their establishment. Very disappointed experience especially considering it was for a birthday party. Huge let down.

Was on the road and was doubtful to stop because of the reviews, but the pizza and wings were amazing, the manager was also very nice and had great customer service. Would definitely go stop when in Roswell.

Their service is god awful, we ordered take out, they gave our pizza to the wrong person and gave us a completely different order, after waiting half an hour just to get it. Never going back.

It took them more than 40 minutes to cook our pizza. There was quite a bit of black cornmeal on our pizza as well as on the underside of it. Other patrons were inquiring about their orders too. There was no soap or paper towels in the restroom. This is not the first time this happens. We gave it another try because we love Peter Piper pizza but this location is disappointing.

Great pizza shack, employees were professional and polite. Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 that was a medium chicken alfredo, the other was a medium pepperoni pizza with Ham and green chile but when preparing the pizzas we were informed that they did not have green chile so we chose chicken. We also were told they did not have bone in wings that was okay so we had the 10 piece of buffalo boneless wings, they were pretty good. I personally don’t think the pizza was special it was a bit soggy to begin with. Just an okay pizza. Games and all are a plus for kids and adults, only downfall is there is not much of a selection of prizes for adults.

the place is being run into the ground. 1/3 of the machines no longer work. The machines that do work are outdated and not fun. The pizza is still good (though very expensive), but the machines must be functional. I won’t take my people here again until the arcade is restored and modernized. Also, purchasing the old pinball machines was a bad business decision. It cheapens the atmosphere. They now use digital cards for points, and their ball drop machine pictured in the original post is broken down (among other machines). Big Bass Wheel is also broken down… where’s the fun? It should not be taking months to get their machines fixed. That’s should be a top priority for a business like this.

It just needs a bigger arcade. Perhaps they could ask the owner to knock out the wall next door and expand. The pizza is excellent! The prizes for playing the games are lame, but the price per token is fair. We had a lot of fun as a family.
