I hosted a birthday party here like I have before & had an amazing experience. I was actually shocked on how easy everything was. As soon as I got there the tables were neatly organized and table cloths were set ready to go for the party. The Pizza was fresh and made in great time & my son had a blast playing all the games. The pizza buffet is not good here sorry to say; we’ve been to other PPipers in our area that are much better in all aspects. We are here at peak lunch time– every single pizza and pasta dish here COLD and when asking if they had any Warm pizzas– staff snaps back at you. Here is a pic of the empty buffet line. Warm pizza is not too much to ask. Rude, unprofessional tone from the staff; Do not recommend this location at all 🙁

Ordered online for take-out with a 30min wait. I showed up in that time frame and find one employee and an empty kitchen. The one employee was somewhat annoyed that I was there and had to cut her conversation with a guy that was there (not an employee). After two minutes she finally was willing to assist me. Told her I ordered online. My pizza was obviously never processed, and she notified me that it was going to take an additional 30mins due to not having any “pizza makers.” They fixed it by having the manager pay for my food. Manager was ok, but her Monday staff is not the greatest. Pizza was good so I can’t get too mad. Monday staff is not the greatest so avoid it! Had a great lunch there today, all you can eat from 11-2, just don’t be late. They stop the buffet at 2, which is fine, we got there at 1:50 and they let us know it would be over in 10 minutes, again, totally fine. We got plenty to eat, and they allowed us to take as much as we wanted. They even made sure we had all we wanted at exactly 2 when before they closed it, which was super cool, they didn’t have to do that! All the pizza was delicious, salad was fresh. No complaints! 5 star all day!

As I walked into Peter Pipers, the atmosphere felt upbeat and inviting- two things that I look for in every establishment. Staff made the ordering of food quick and easy, and we were able to get to our seats quickly as the place was starting to fill up for birthday parties. The price of the food and games however, are ridiculously high. Especially considering the fact that most games there were broken and boring. The pizza still has that original taste from long ago and tasted great! It also came out fast and tasted fresh which I enjoyed, but again the price. Drinks were sub par and the station was quite dirty making it unappealing to drink from, also there was a strong foot odor coming off the carpet (definitely not cheese). Overall it just seems like we weren’t able to get the full experience here and I would have to go to a different location to achieve that, bummer.

We went in for my nephews birthday at 7 ordered our pizzas and got them 30 minutes after which is not bad as we got plenty of them. However at 8:30 they turned off the lights just at the section we where sitting they close at 9 not sure why they turned of the lights 30 minutes before. At 8:45 I asked politely if someone could give us prizes the rude teenager gave me attitude and rolled her eyes and looked away. As we were leaving another one of they’re employees proceeds to give us attitude as well . They really need to train their employees better as that was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced. Not to mention we wasted 400$ to be treated that poorly!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We took my son for his birthday to play some games and have some pizza. We went at 4:30 pm and ordered a pizza and 2 game cards. Pizza took a long time to be done and when we received it was cold and hard as a rock.
No one mentioned they were closing early but their closing time is 8pm. At 5:45 family came with a cake to sing happy birthday. While my kids were playing (at 6:15pm) the employees cut the power to the games. No one gave us any kind of warning that they were closing early or really letting us know what the hell was going on. We just all had to leave (there were others in the game room as well) I payed over $80 and we didn’t get to use our full time on the gaming cards. I tried contacting corporate or anyone to help and no one responds. So I would not recommend going to this location unless you want to waste your time and money.

Would give zero stars Got accused of smoking Fentanyl while I had 2 kids with was told I could buy food but have to leave immediately… meanwhile it was a vacuum belt that broke. Still waiting to hear from denny lynch the district manager. Update been 6 days still no contact from denny lynch even though I called multiple times
