We made a reservation for Feb 21st 2026, they charge you $30 and they did nothing but put your name and cover the table with an ugly yellow plastic. We requested a table by the games, we had a time slot of 12:30-3:30pm When we arrived our table was the farthest away from the games. Angie (old Hispanic women) told us with an attitude, that we could not change our table because the ones that reserved first got the tables closest to the games. I understand that, however, those people’s slots were at later times, because we left around 4 and those tables were still empty. It is ridiculous, that you are too lazy to clean the tables for the next party. We could have sat closer to the games and had left before the next party arrived. I have no desire to attend this location ever again. They are so “strict” that they kept telling people to throw away their Starbucks. How about you apply that strictness to cleaning the tables instead of being lazy. You don’t even sell coffee, nor wine, some of us don’t drink beer nor margaritas. Other locations don’t make a fuss about outside drinks.

I had a party here on 12.27.25 at 1230 with about 26 people, including adults. It was the perfect day and time to go, as the place was not busy. It gave the kids a chance to roam and plenty of space to play without bumping into anyone. The families there were polite and the kids were considerate, which added to the positive experience. The manager was in the kitchen making sure everything was moving along efficiently. He and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. I wanted the kids to have about thirty minutes of play before eating and the manager took my order and delayed making it so that could happen. Accommodations like that make the experience, because I was able to get the food/drinks side of things out of the way and focus on the party. I would definitely have a party here again. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. I have zero complaints about this location.

Me and my nephew had a blast y’all!! They had a special going on 1 large 1 topping pizza 4 medium drinks & 50 game tokens we turned the large into and extra large for 2$ more! i forgot to mention the bounce house for half off . YES we’ll be back ! Southside peter piper is always LIT !!

If I could give the atmosphere 0 stars I would. I just spent over 50$ here and the manager the red head, acted like I was trying to rip them off.i bought 1 med pizza and 2 drinks. My son got coupons for “Outstanding Character Award”. I am so proud of him. I paid for 40 mins of playtime and the game he wanted to play kept breaking down. Half the play area has the lights turned off due to the games in the area being down.
Peter Piper Pizza sure has taken a down ward turn. Extremely disappointing!
The food was good however when I picked it up from the counter the girl shoved it at me causing my finger to go into the hot sauce of the pizza.

We came to this location on my baby’s birthday. She loved the play place. the manager was so friendly and kind. all the staff was very nice and very attentive.my baby enjoyed it here and loved her new hello kitty, thank you so much!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me tell you guys before you book here that I was only able to get the pizzas of the party pack that I had reserved. When I went to order pizzas for my guests the employees told me it was a 2 hour wait for pizzas. How ridiculous is that? Horrible service I had my guest at a party with no food available for them, I was mad upset and embarrassed that I couldn’t do anything about it. This place is ridiculous. How can you have mobile orders and not be able to provide for a party that’s been reserved! I wish I could get my money back because it wasn’t worth it at all! Very unsatisfied. Would not recommend. My daughter was crying in her own birthday party because she was hungry with no FOOD!!!! The amount of disappointment I felt is unbelievable.

Service on 12th & Ajo has declined drastically! My family along with other families that we were with, arrived around 530pm. There were many tables open, but no clean tables available. I asked the kid that was suppose to be cleaning to please clean the tables where we were sitting. He disappeared for 30 minutes, & then I asked him again. He was very upset that he was the only one being told to clean.
Another incident….My husband & another parent were waiting by the prizes area, trying to ask an employee for the cheese & pepper shakers, & the young kid wearing his cowboys jersey yelled at my husband telling him to hold on. Security was then called on my husband because he went into an employee area, to get them himself.
These kids need to attend a customer service class & learn how to treat & speak to customers.
Then there were 2 employees at the jumping area, the kid with the cowboys jersey & another one. It looked like one of them was hiding from management so he didn’t have to work. While everyone behind the counter was working hard trying to keep up with all the orders.
Also, can’t forget to mention the dirty restrooms!! Either you need better employees that are willing to work, or these kids need to be babysat while on the clock.

Unprofessional and such rude managers at the South 12th and Ajo location in Tucson AZ!! The two females managing that place are so rude and they don’t even smile much less acknowledge the customers, not only that the rude snotty tone they use with their employees is uncalled for as well, the one with the glasses yells at all the employees for no reason! Those kids work their tails off and are more professional than the managers!! Yes, I overheard how they’re so rude to some of their employees, too!! Smh. Those two female managers think they’re all that and a bag of chips, especially the one who wears what looks like about seven layers of make-up, her nails are very, very long which isn’t sanitary to work in the food industry with (I’m a pastry chef, I know these things) and her hair isn’t tied back with a hairnet either. The other female manager wears glasses, she doesn’t smile either, nor is she professional. How did these two women get managers positions??

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I am deeply dissatisfied with my visit. I go to Peter piper on 12th and ajo a lot. Hoping that they would get better. I’m not complaining about the employees. Just the way the store is ran. Tracy I believe her name is, always yelling at her employees. The food is good. Just the service sucks. No game attendants on the floor. I’ve asked many times and waited over 20 minutes for someone to open the twister. I was thinking about throwing a birthday party here for my daughter but when I asked about the packages that you offered the manager on shift said I’m busy and walked away. I will no longer be attending this location.
