We went for a school event on August 20th. My youngest favorite thing was the roller coaster of course. Her next favorite was the obstacle course thingy in the cage. The food was good as always. Is a great place to take the kids to run off some energy. I did spend over $60 on the the card and bracelet because one had time on it and the other had tokens or points or whatever they want to call it because you can’t use time for the roller coaster.

Peter Piper Pizza is the ultimate mixed bag, but it’s a staple for a reason. If you are going there for a gourmet culinary experience, you might be looking in the wrong place. To be honest, the pizza is very bland—the crust is a bit basic and the sauce lacks that “wow” factor you’d find at a dedicated pizzeria. However, if you have kids, the food is almost secondary to the incredible environment they’ve built.
The entertainment arena is where this place truly shines. It is packed with lots of fun and games that kept the kids busy for hours. From the classic arcade titles to the newer redemption games, there is a great variety that justifies the trip. The layout is open enough that you can actually keep an eye on the chaos while you sit at your table. It’s loud, energetic, and exactly what a child’s birthday or a weekend reward should be. We walked out with a pile of tickets and some very happy children, which easily earns it four stars in my book despite the average slices.

We ordered 2 large pizzas, kept asking for a supreme and cashier alexia kept saying meat lovers and we continued to say supreme but still gave us meat lovers. Food other than that was good, workers seemed rude in the new play place. Spent $50 on the time cards for the games and the tickets were super low and only getting 2-5 tickets per game.

We did the afternoon buffet and wow. They have a large variety and you can request custom pizzas.

Everyone with us thought the pizzas tasted good (little Ceasars good).

They have a decent size arcade for the kids where you can play games and get tickets. The gaming arcade had about 6 games. Playing is on the expensive side and the ticket rewards are not that good.

They place was clean. It looked like the just opened even tho it was the middle of the day and they were a bunch of kids around.

Well…normally our experiences at PPP have always been pleasant. However tonight was a complete embarrassment and dissapointment for the family and more so the business. My Sister was having a birthday party for my niece and reserved one of the party packs. Even though she confirmed the broadway location same day, they told us when we arrived with 8 kids and family that the reservation was not found and was booked at another location. There was absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation. Rather we were met with every possible rule as to why the broadway manager could not help us. The manager said he attempted to call the other location but never got an answer. As soon as we called, they answered right away, in which we were met with “I’m not allowed to hold anyone’s phone”. We asked can we just pay for a party pack now, the answer was ” it can only be booked online, but not on the same day”. In the end with family walking around and kids confused we had to spend $250+ to just have a party, when we booked the pack and had confirmations. Ultimately, there was no compassion or care for customer service. Only rules and excuses. Guess we have to go to the other location and argue their manager to get a deposit back. Sadly, tonight my family was a number and not a customer. Pizza was still good though 🙂

Went for a birthday party, pizza was good but the new play ground is not included with anything! You have to pay almost $20 per kid just to jump in a very small area for the price you pay for everything else it should seriously be included in something! So be aware when you walk in, my toddler was so excited to see something new but sadly couldn’t jump.

The worst place to go to celebrate a birthday day or just take your kids. The service is terrible and the manager can’t solve a single issue! It’s so over priced and not even worth the money! Spent 50 dollars on cards and got two Tutsi candies. The bathrooms were gross and the place is so outdated. Never going back ever.

Nothing upsets me more to make my order AND PAY for what i want just to be disappointed. I always order extra mushrooms just to barely get any, and a poor excuse for them NOT PAYING ATTENTION.
