We came on a Wednesday afternoon about 5 o’clock they got out our food pretty fast. Most of the seats were covered in cheese, but I don’t expect much from a kids place. All I have to say is do not get the chicken wings. It’s not worth it. One of the chicken wings was smaller than my thumb was not worth the price other than that it was good pizza tasted aa good as usual

We celebrated ours son’s 5th bday at this location and we couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received. Our table reservation was ready to go and we were able to decorate without any problems. Our food orders were coming out quickly, made it easy for us to host our guest.
All the kids enjoyed the new jungle gym! We can’t wait to celebrate more parties here.

Have the summer pass. First time at this location. My kids had been looking forward to it all day. Upon walking in, the place is empty but a couple groups of people at tables and in the arcade. Trash was everywhere. Food left on tables, crumbs on the floor, tables not wiped down. Employees talking to each other, only one sweeping the place.
Most of the games broken/out of service. The bean bag game started but no bean bags came out. Took our tokens anyway.
Went to cashier to complain, get tokens refunded, she told me she was unable to do that (even though she was the one who put them on the cards to begin with). Super disappointing, will never return here.

Visited Peter Piper Pizza on 99th Avenue and McDowell on November 1, 2025, around 1 p.m. I placed a phone order with Natalie, and she was amazing! She was very kind, helpful, and took the time to explain all the specials. She even found me a better deal on my order. When I arrived, she remembered my name and greeted me with a smile. I also watched her help other customers — friendly, patient, and never rushing anyone. True customer service from someone who really enjoys her job!

We enjoyed having my granddaughters birthday party here. The staff could have been a little more polite and attentive overall, but the place was busy and could probably have used a bit more staff on hand, especially in the arcade area.

Seriously? You have an area of slides and other activities that you have to pay for! $12! And then it’s not even enclosed and you expect small children to understand they can’t go on it! The game cards are absolutely ridiculous! The kitchen door is easily opened by even a 1 year old! Next time I’ll find a McDonald’s with a PlayPlace!

I brought my children here after a soccer game to celebrate the food was good and the service though I didn’t see very many people cleaning tables which was alarming due to covid also unfortunately it seemed like a lot of games were broken or out of order this place could definitely do better
