Came to this location for the first time, at first I was excited because there was very little people so I thought there would be less wait time but, I was waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I was literally second in line, there was a group in front of me but the cashier hadn’t helped anyone right away until the line started forming. I do understand there were a few employees but they were all moving very slow, there was an employee on their phone, another employee(male) touching his nose and he looked high, that’s when I decided to walk out and head tomy regular PPP on 51st Ave & Indian School. Which is normally packed and they were but the service was very fast and they were very friendly like always, every employee was working or helping out someone, great atmosphere! Huge difference!

This location was different than any other I had taken my children to. There was a large variety of games, most that you’d come to expect but the uniqueness was the big “jungle gym” in the middle. It had a small trampoline section, many tubes and tunnels, a slide and other climbing features all houses in a two story enclosure. It gave my littles extra hours of play time and fun! Now here comes the catch…. $12.95 ADDITIONAL FEE PER CHILD to access the equipment.

Well let’s just start from the beginning… Came in and ordered the lunch buffet… I had a coupon I got in the mail.. Gave it to the host Jessica and she then charged me for a book of coupons. She said that is what they do when you use a coupon. I do not come here often enough to even use the book of coupons… Then the salad was not good at all yellow lettuce and now to the pizza, it was crusty, no sauce,old what they had out was sitting for a little and did not taste good.

The Buffett is awesome! So many various pizza choices. Wish they didn’t have just Caesar or mandarin salads. Maybe just a salad mix with separate dressings ♀️ The games are kinda outdated and not very many.

We had my niece’s 10th birthday here, the staff was excellent, the food was great and the girls really enjoyed the games!! Overall it was a wonderful Birthday!!!

You have to pay for the play area , I find that a bit ridiculous that stuff used to be free. The staff kinda was rude towards the end of the night, they were kinda rushing us to leave so they could clean . We left at 8:30 they’re open till 9 why are they rushing us at 8pm and the breadsticks were just covered in grease or oil, soggy and undercooked . The salads are also so small.

I had the worse experience ever! All the employees are extremely rude. The worse employee is Ariel. We came here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and my daughter was near the prize area waiting and Ariel came out the employee door yelling and screaming that my daughter was too close to the door. Everyone saw and heard Ariel screaming at my daughter for being close to the door. It was very unnecessary to embarrass my daughter on her birthday!! This employee needs to be watched on the cameras on how she treats the customers!!

I threw a party for my daughter Alessia’s birthday and the employee Ariel came out screaming at my daughter because she was too close to the employee door while my daughter was waiting to get help to get a prize. The employee Ariel was screaming at my daughter in front of everyone and it is her birthday!! Terrible experience and I will be telling everyone about my experience here and not to come to this pizza place!!
