I went here for my son’s friend’s birthday party and had a great experience. I had never been to this location before but was pleasantly surprised to see there was a play area here, like the one you’d see at Chuck E Cheese. Though it did cost extra, my son enjoyed playing in it. The whole party was tended to by an incredible employee , Nancy. She was very attentive and came by to check on the party about every 15- 20 minutes to made sure everyone was having a great time. She made sure the birthday kid had an amazing party! I’ll definitely have my son’s next birthday party here!

Having been here for pizza buffets , leisure play and for our daughters birthday party ! I have to give Nancy a shout out for being a great party hostess. Answered all questions and was able to get anything we needed for our party guest and ourselves. The manger went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly even after our alloted time. Pizza is always great, the price could be worked on and maybe more games . The indoor play area is fantastic!! Used to be free from what I’ve seen but none the less the play area comes with socks and a wrist band that allows you to leave and come back anytime , as long as its 1 hour before closing to use it. Endless play, timeless fun and full stomachs.

I went there for the lunch buffet. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. However, of all the pizzas only one of them was actually pretty good. Crust was cardboard texture and taste. Salad was pre-dressed and very runny. Costas were pretty good with a little salt and pepper. Once I knew which items to choose it was better.

Tried out the buffet for 9.99 which is weekdays Monday through Friday. Didn’t have high expectations to begin with and it was mediocre at best. Several different pizzas that were not very warm. Two salads to choose from. They were soggy and some lettuce was brown. There were breadsticks and garlic knots. Also two hot pasta dishes. These days you don’t get much for that price but won’t be going back as it just wasn’t up to par

There was a team member at this location named Brayden that was incredibly rude. He specifically singled us out and discriminated against us saying no rough housing when the kids were just excited running to the arcade while other kids were physically rough housing and fighting right next to him. Said his manager said so and was on a call. After he was rude to us he continued to clean the same tables around us multiple times when no one had used them, giving us dirty looks making us feel even more unwelcome even though we paid almost $600 for a party/pizza/games, etc. They gave us the wrong cake and had to switch it. Manager refused to give us the original receipt so we could do the survey so posting here. Worst experience ever, will not be back.

Birthday party package – beware if you purchase the Value Party for 8 kids that all you are getting is the food & drink with the game cards. On their website for this specific location it states you are to get a birthday sticker, decor including balloons, plates, decorative napkins and table clothes and nothing was provided. Nothing! All the plates I got from there were white paper plates. No napkins except the brown ones by the trash can. Even when I asked about it they said it wasn’t included except for the sticker. But they didn’t even give me that for my son. Also, when I pushed back then tried pointing out I was wrong but I proved that I was right. No manager came to really talk to me either.
Is it still a good value? Yes for the food and play. All the kids enjoy over an hour of playing games. But don’t expect decorations in the deal.

The place isn’t awful, although having to pay extra for the play ground shows PPP are greedy, and the machines don’t always give you the pts claimed but when you ask someone they tell you that you didn’t get the jackpot, regardless of a bunch of kids who witnessed it…… If you hit a jackpot they expect you to block others from playing, and call someone to “prove” you won! It’s a kids place SMH but I guess greed is everywhere, unfortunately!

The pizza I like, and I grew up in Italy lol

For an indoor playplace with food, there are much better places than this. I used to enjoy going with my kids before their new play gym addition. Peter Piper has recently added a play gym, which sounds like it would be amazing. However- $15 per kid to play in it! This is on top of all the money you’re paying to play games. If you have small children, of course they are going to want to play on the structure. They require you to purchase their grip socks, so it’s not like you can get a cheaper admission to it for it by bringing your own grip socks.

The pizza tastes fine, and the games are each 1 pt to play. This past time we went, a few of the arcade games were broken, and with such a small selection to start, it was a letdown.

Overall, not a great experience for a kids play place.

Great place to hangout – the arcade. The area was clean and well maintained. Good to go during non peak hours to spend more time on the machines you like.
