Great selection for the lunch buffet, well worth the price! Extra praise & props to the employee named “Skye”. Ms. Skye was SO nice, polite, and just a very pleasant person who could teach a Master class on customer service. Give Ms. Skye a raise pronto, and give her a promotion so she can spread the kindness. The “Ms” is just how I address individuals that I respect; that was how I was raised. No disrespect, she is a younger lady, and I def am not lol, but again, great job Ms. Skye!

Ordered an X-large pizza via Door Dash (X-L Pep/Sau). I’ve done this a few times and normally it works good but tonight was not that night. Waited an hour after ordering and didn’t get what I ordered. Ordered and paid for an X-L and got a Large instead. I’m honestly kind of torn about this. I tried to call the restaurant but they have a computer system for their phones and got frustrated because the brain dead system would not let me talk to anyone. When I asked it to talk to a person, it asked me in response if I wanted to schedule a birthday party. I’ve had issues before (look at my past reviews on Google), and it seems like nothing ever gets done. In a past review, ‘company’ posted an “oops we’re sorry” message to my review promising to make it right, but that has never happened. I don’t expect anything will happen here, either. This company seems to no longer care about their customers or their product and their responses seem to come off a bit ‘tone deaf. I’ve been patronizing this company since Tony Cavolo was pleading with us to ‘Come On Over’, in the early 1980s as a teen. Each time something like this happens it’s like that old company is dead and gone.

My family went here to eat the buffet and so my birthday boy could play games with his friend. They had a lot of fun. My only complaint is how hard it is to get someone’s attention at the prize counter.

Well I’ve tried with this location a few times. I tried on the phone, tried on the app no one understands well done pizza I guess. And what’s crazier is they seem like they cook it less threw when asked for well done. Sucks specially when it’s empty and dead slow.

I don’t know who’s working the assembly station but they for some reason they can’t get a order right called through the phone with a guy and everything he was saying about my order was spot on and once I get to the establishment get my receipt for paying everything looks right and once I get home completely different this is not the first time this happened and even right now as of (1:55pm 7-13-25) that I’m making this statement they messed it up again they did double jalapeños and regular pepperoni like how do you mess up a order twice in the same day couldn’t get a picture because they just threw it and remade it again for the third time can’t believe this happened also said they were gonna get the manager to talk about it I guess but she didn’t even come out and just remade it like damn is it that hard to get one pizza right and it’s been a hour now and still haven’t ate thanks to these people what a great day to eat at Peter piper

This was our first visit to Peter Piper Pizza. I booked a table online, brought my own decorations and birthday cake. The table was ready and labeled, easy check in. Prices for the food and games were reasonable for a group of 8 people. They also got me with the Summer pass so we will definitely return. Thank you

My wife and I took our granddaughter here. Spent $30 for a pizza and 3 drinks and $29 for a game pass. When our granndaughter wanted to go into the play area, I was told we had to pay another $12 for that to be permitted. Couldn’t believe it! They are getting greedy there and will choose other places to go in the future!

Great place for a large group to eat pizza and wings together. Great fried zucchini. Best breadsticks ever! It’s set up very well for kids, especially birthday parties. There are also lots of arcade games that give tickets for prizes. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly.

Had a terrible experience will never go back. The service was terrible. Paid for a party for kids birthday party- never greeted, had to request to have a table covered. No host- no explanation of how the party will go. Over charge for everything. They carded my 71 year old father in-law. The experience was not worth $100 for no service! I will be contacting corporate.
