We had a birthday party at this location a few days ago, and will never be using this location again. The party host was sweet but on more than one occasion we had to go look for her. It probably wasn’t her fault, I’m sure lack of staff. But also, they refused to let us put our cake in the fridge, and it fell apart. I’ve been having parties at different Peter piper locations for 12 years and this was the first time they didn’t let us store the cake in their fridge. As a matter of fact, I called another location before writing this asking about cake storage and the person I spoke with said “that would be no problem at all.” In addition, no birthday announcements were being made for the birthday kids how all locations do. Don’t bother with this location for birthday parties.

I’ve had problems with other locations regarding the quality of the food but at this store I have not been disappointed. The consistency in the quality keeps me and my family coming back. Management was very helpful and really seemed to care about the order being perfect.

Good tasty pizza and the wings were amazing. Service was quick and friendly. It was busy, but the orders were flowing so we did not have to wait long. The wings were great double cooked. Only issue was the table was a bit dirty and it appeared as it was recently wiped down.

Do not have your child’s birthday party there unless you have it at a free table. I spent hundreds of dollars to have a great party for my daughter and wound up constantly chasing down the “hostess” who was working at the cash register instead of attending to my family and our guests! We were over 50 guests and all spent quite a bit of money …. Unacceptable!!! I would have given 0 stars if the review would have allowed it! All I got was a we’re sorry…. That’s not good enough for them ruining our daughter’s day!

I’m not a Karen at all but this is the 3rd time in a row that we order from this location and they screw up our order. Not to mention the pizza was super thin and was given to us in to go boxes even though we paid for drinks and a pitcher to eat there, took them an hour and 20 min I had to go ask for my order. I felt bad with my kids because they where so hungry and they wanted to play that’s why we stayed and didn’t made it a big deal

The amount of money you charge for wings and not only does this look like barely a pound if that, but the condition they’re in is horrendous. Talk about killing an appetite. Very disappointed considering how often my family and I have come here and this isn’t the first or second time this has happened. But by this time I have to leave a review. Very sad.

Got this last Sunday for takeout. Pizza was fine, but these wings were something else. Some super nasty, watery, or unappealing wings. Don’t order the wings here. I already complained on a social media site and they said someone would contact me. Nobody did. So save your canned response.
