This Peter Piper is getting worse and worse. The Pizza is never properly cooked or cut. The toppings are never evenly distributed. At this point I’ll just order Domino’s. The wings as stated are never well done and always soggy. The employees working there don’t care about customer service or quality control. Everything is always dirty too. Time to look for a different pizza place or another location. I have given this location too many chances and they are just getting worse. Train your employees better and get better management. Look at the pizza and that was with extra pepperoni, I always have to get it now or else the pepperoni is non existent. Pieces are cut super uneven and half of it doesn’t even have cheese. Had to send back to get it well done too. No excuse for this.

Ordered a Meat Lover’s pizza and the amount of toppings was disappointing. It really only had pepperoni and sausage and a few pieces of ham, maybe. Also, when I arrived at the restaurant (about 40 minutes before the posted closing time) the doors were locked and I had to call to be let in.

I understand they close at 10. We were on the playing area my 2 year old was finishing up his last game and they shut everything off. I understand it was already 10:01 but they didn’t even do a curtesy announcement nor anyone came to let us know they were closing could have just let my son finish that last game. Also before I told one of the employees with long hair wearing a pony tail I always see him at the prizes area. He was cleaning the games and I told him one of the games didn’t start but it charged me he said he would give me back my tokens in the card took my card brought it back and he didn’t put my tokens back in the card I was still missing those tokens I tried using at that one game.

We got there at 9:38pm and I guess once it’s closing not a good idea to go.
We got the extreme pepperoni pizza and the sad part was the pizza’s came out burned from the bottom, you can actually taste it.
PPP is always good I never have a issue just today when I got there at closing time.
Bought 2 large extreme pepperoni and both are burn from the bottom.

I totally love this place! It’s seriously one of the best pizza spots I’ve been to. Or maybe it’s just nostalgic and part of my childhood. Definitely a top three pizza joint for me.

We ordered a large werx thin crust, and we asked for some ingredient changes and besides being charged more, the bread and ingredients were absolutely undercooked with little to no cheese and lastly, it wasn’t cut into slices.

So my mom and I just got here to this location to eat some lunch. My mom ordered two pan pizzas, one pepperoni and the other very light bacon. The pepperoni pizza was not sliced right and when I went to pick up the pizzas, I asked one of the servers if she could help me take one of the pizzas to the table because my mom wasn’t feeling very well and she “suggested” that I take one of the pizzas to the table and then come back for the other one. In other words, “don’t ask for help from me”. The service today SUCKED!!!

Celebrating at Peter Piper Pizza was the perfect idea for our group! The food was delicious, and the customer service was absolutely spot-on—friendly, fast, and welcoming. The atmosphere was fun and lively, making it a great spot for both kids and adults. The arcade games were a huge hit and kept everyone entertained for hours. You can really tell the management team has everything running smoothly—they’ve got their stuff together! Highly recommend for any celebration or fun outing!

This girl employee was incredibly rude and obnoxious. I ordered a pizza to go and the device didn’t alert for more than twenty minutes so i went to go check. The employee ignored me and then snatched the device out of my hand. I don’t know what angered this employee but she needs a check.
