Excellent pizza and great service. The crust is perfectly cooked, the sauce is flavorful, and the toppings are fresh and well balanced in every bite. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in their food. Staff are friendly, orders are accurate, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Consistently great pizza at a fair price — highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I have too rate a star, BUT deserves no star. I DONT care how busy you are, understaffed, etc! There is NO EXCUSE FOR UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worse part is all the managers were working the front and being extra rude. Maybe it’s time for real upper management to step in and make you go through the basics of customer service and do toilet cleaning again!!!! The ONLY one person who had some customer service was the teenager cleaning the tables. DONT do all you can eat buffet when you can’t handle it! I would love a refund. Even my grandkids wanted to go home. NEVER again!

WE WENT TO EAT ON FEBRUARY 14, 2026 TO THOS LOCATION. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FULL ESTABLISHMENT. THE GIRL TAKING ORDERS AT THE FRONT END GOT OUR ORDER CORRECTLY. OUR FOOD WAS MADE JUST AS WE ASKED. THERE WAS THIS YOUNG MAN NAMED EDDIE TRUJILLO CLEANING EMPTY PARTY TABLES. HE HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE. Never seen a peter piper so clean and attentive in the El Paso areas. Love it there 2x I’ve come in my whole life have been very good. Very ample inside. The only thing that sucked was that most of the restaurant was reserved for a party most of the day and the party was not there yet. Like they didn’t want to struggle to set up. I understand a few hours but it said party was way later and it was barely mid day. But there was still space available around just very selective. And it was HOT: I had to air myself with a plate. The AC was off mid day at 82 degrees outside. Until 2hours into the playing of arcade games they turned it on but I was already leaving. I hope they consider the weather in the area in future occasions.

Quick service and short wait time for my food. My salad was well served and pizza was delicious. I went on a Sunday, busy afternoon with lots of birthday parties. I was surprised to see they served Jamaica next to the soft drinks.

A bunch of the guys (and myself as well) were wanting some good pies. We called in the order and I drove over here to pick the pizza up. They were hot and ready (!) at the appointed time. The young man at the counter was respectful and diligent to get the pizza to me. We will be back.

Waited close to an hour for my pizza, and when i went to check on the order, my order wasnt even placed so I waited for no reason. As we walk in General Manager Emilio is very rude and doesnt even greet any of the guest. First time coming to this peter piper and will not be returning.

Drew has outstanding customer service skills. Despite the long line (lunch crowd) he was dealing with, he helped me when I walked right up to the counter to pick up my online order. He even honored the free chopped salad reward that I could not immediately prove to him I had redeemed nor he could see in the receipt. All the while, he was kind and never rushed me. The Paisano location is very lucky to have this young man as an employee.
