I liked the games for the kids; it was nice. The food wasn’t bad, but the workers were. The lady at the front kept getting on the mic to scold little kids. We know kids run, but she didn’t need to be so aggressive. It wasn’t my kids, but it still came off that way.

I was part of a party &for the most part it was enjoyable.However the hostess, Kristin was seldom around & seemed to be rushing to get back behind the doors.I had to go look for her to ask about ice cream.it took 3 times of me saying”excuse me”, for her to respond bc she on her phone texting & from her demeanor I was bothering her.She finally tore herself away from the much more important texts & told me it’s only for the people in the party & I informed her that we were, then she said it was only for 10 kids,I said,”ok, where do I get one,do I order from u”?(She kept looking at her phone the whole time)I proceeded to purchase an ice cream & was giving feedback to her manager about her service or lack there of, & she came up & interrupted me mid-conversation.I told Kristen I was talking to her manager & waited until she left,& I proceeded to finish my convo.I should have just saved my breathe because 3min later, Kristin & the manager(who did not offer her name)were laughing at me.This is horrible in many aspects.I do not recommend this location… Management needs to do better. Now I understand why the kids that work there are how they are, your managers have no respect either..Horrible..will never return..I will hold off on the videos and pics in order to give the upper management time to correct this behavior… It is just embarrassing to know that this is the type of people you have hired..

Never had the chance to write a review but a couple weeks back we threw our daughter her 1st birthday party and our hostess Kristin made it a blast it was our first time and we were so confused with what to do or where to start and she broke down everything for us had a smile on her face for the whole two hours will definitely book again thank you !

Had our daughter’s 9th Birthday Party there, and overall, it was great! Only issue was that we were told we Could Not have certain decorations! But another group (party) next to us had the type of decorations we were told we Could Not bring!?

Always crowded and hard a hard time finding a table to sit and eat because they are mostly reserved for parties… it was crazy!! But my kids had fun.
