Ordered and picked up my pizza on a Friday right before closing and went home to eat it only to find hair in my pizza. Was going to take a bite when i immediately felt something tickle my lip, disgusting. They were already closed so i couldn’t call the restaurant at that moment and then i forgot the next few days as I am a super busy person and my weekends even busier. I did finally call on Wednesday explained my situation to the worker and asked to speak to the manager. The manager never came to the phone but instead told the worker to tell me that to many days had passed and there was nothing they could do. The worker said I could try to call back on Friday as it was the next available day that higher management would be available. Very inconvenient!! Who as time to be hounding down Peter Piper Pizza to fix their mistake, certainly not me!

We absolutely love peter pipers, but this location does not understand what the well done request means. Multiple times, all when not busy. My wings and pizza are both soft and gooey and not in a good way. This last time I requested well done wings and pizza. Our pizza came out before which is to be expected(soft not crispy like requested) and we were asked to wait 10-15 minutes for our wings. We go back up and the guy grabs my pager and gets the wings from the warmer. I know its a silly thing to get upset over but I have a kid that has texture issues and this allows everyone in my family to enjoy. And when were spending close to $100 on one meal, I hope to have it the way I requested it. I gave 2 stars just because its peter pipers and dont have this issue anywhere else.

I haven’t been here in a minute for the lunch buffet and it’s still pretty great. Lots of choices for pizza, at least 7 different choices from pepperoni, to Supreme. The salad bar always looks fresh, and is refilled pretty fast. There was a big kids birthday and everything was still running smoothly. The price for 2 people was right around $23, not too bad. Check them out, and my 2 cents as always

Waited 45 minutes for my take-out order just to turn back around because the order was incorrect. Was asked what I wanted to. I would have asked for a remake but I was not going to risk waiting another 45 minutes. Requested a full refund.
Have had issues in this location before but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Not this time.

28MAR24: Visited Thursday evening around 1600 for my son’s school PTA event. I’ve never been to a Peter Piper Pizza and I was pleasantly surprised. All the employees were professional and courteous. The lady taking my order was proficient.
The pizzas were really good! I ordered two small pizzas with different toppings. They were both good. My son liked his pizza with pineapples. Of course the beer is over priced; but still good.
Overall, as my son said in the car on the way home, “That was a pleasant experience.”. hahaha Oh, they also have games.

Nice facility. Standard pizza and other food offerings for a Peter Piper Pizza. But it is very busy. Very limited parking. Even on a Sunday this place is busy. The staff are very busy. Don’t expect a lot of personal or immediate attention. The location is a bit tricky to get to also. It is on an avcess road that is a busy one way heading North. So you can either go south on loop 1604 and then turn around or you can take a drive prior to all the shopping centers through a backroad to the access road. Either way it isn’t easy to get to. I don’t think the parking lot is attached to other shopping centers. I could be mistaken about that.

Tried their buffet for the first time! It was great. They struggled just a bit to keep up, especially with the dessert pizza. I guess it was just in high demand that day, more kids there than normal for a weekday lunch, kids were out of school that day.

I placed my order via the app requesting delivery and my order was picked up rather quickly. However the 3rd party driver decided to not complete the delivery with no notification. Alma, the manager called me and asked if I received the order, when I told her I had not she coordinated with me and the driver on site to get me my delivery. The awareness and consideration to recognize something was wrong with the delivery and not my fault was appreciated. Thank you!!

I didn’t have any of the pizza, but it all look delicious. I was with my grandson to play in the arcade. Some of the games were broken but my grandson had a blast. We did have to wait a bit to get toys with his tickets but it wasn’t too bad.

Honestly I think the food is decent, the price is fantastic. I had a salad, it was surprisingly good. Generous toppings!
The pizza is cheap, reminds me of cafeteria and not a lot of flavor but kids love it.
This is a fun spot to get out of the house.
