Pretty solid burger, meat patties were a bit spongy or maybe too much filler vs what i am used to in Australia. The sauces were on point, chips were crispy magic and the burger itself was well constructed with fresh ingredients, layered well, i reckon it actually looked better than the menu photo.
If i was here in a group i would definitely go the unlimited drink package as their cocktails looked great and were coming out fast and hard for midday.
Coffee was decent for German espresso anyway and the wait staff were polite and helpful. Not super cheap but you get what you pay for sometimes.

The restaurant has wide variety of delicious burgers with a menu that can satisfy every taste. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and nicely presented. However, the overall dining experience was affected by the behavior of the waiters — they seemed to pressure customers for tips, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Great food, but the service attitude needs improvement.

Good quality burgers, the fries were a bit soft. Overall recommended, although the service could have been a lot more attentive, but this is Germany. Pricey.

The food and service were excellent. Great burgers. Make sure you get the loaded fries. Went for vegetarian burger and the vegetarian kebab loaded sweet potato fries. Very good. The hot chocolate is also very good. But you need to make it yourself like IKEA of the hot chocolate world. Would recommend

Currently at this place. It’s visually inviting and satisfying. The views from the first floor is wonderful. The foooodddd though no personality. The meat had a strange smell and the salad was just old, I removed my patty and gave it to David instead. The cheese sauce was not a sauce but a pudding. I can truly say the service and the bar were exceptional❤️ we loved our server Diana seriously tip that lady when you meet her.

Disappointing service, left without eating.
We ordered using the QR code on the table, this was good as the printed menu is on in German, but online is in English as well.
Our drinks arrived fine, however a waitress brought the sharing plate of fries and one burger, but then did not bring the second burger nore any cutlery.
After waiting a couple of minutes we then tried to flag down a waitress, five minutes later we were able to ask one where the second burger was.
Some time later the head waiter came over to our table to ask us what we had ordered, he said because we had ordered using the QR code online he didn’t know what we had ordered, and implied that is was our fault for ordering with the online system.
I said that as we had been waiting so long my burger was now cold. At this time someone came from the kitchen with the second burger. I asked the head waiter how he could make the situation better, he offered to remake my burger, which would take 15 minutes, or take off the bill, but only of he took it away.
We decided that we not taken the meal as delivered and told the waiter we would leave instead.
This could have been resolved better by the head waiter.

The burgers are lovely but the long drinks not so much and it is pretty expensive too. For a burger and a drink, you can expect at least 40€ between two people. Although the range of burgers is great – and even the burger buns that they use is just lovely! Even the table sauces that they set on the tables are lovely.
